I’ve been taking these Pure Vitality spermidine capsules for a little while now, and I’m pleased with the overall quality of the product. The bottle is clearly labelled, easy to store, and the ingredients and dosing information are straightforward. The capsules themselves are small and easy to swallow, with no noticeable taste or aftertaste. I take two per day, which fits easily into my morning routine. My personal reason for trying spermidine is that I’m interested in supporting lifestyle habits that may encourage processes like autophagy, and this supplement felt like a simple addition to explore as part of that interest. Of course, everyone approaches supplements differently, but this one made it easy to incorporate into my routine without any fuss. While I’m not expecting dramatic or immediate changes, I do feel good using it and appreciate that the purity is clearly stated at 98%. In simple words Spermidine Trihydrochloride is a biogenic polyamine that plays a crucial role and controls: (A) Autophagy which is the way cells break down misbehaving or nonfunctional organelles and proteins in the cell. That’s to say it breaks down waste inside cells and recycles them. (B) Mitochondria is the “powerhouses of our cells.” It produces the energy necessary for the cell's survival and functioning. There are many studies that have shown that due to controlling Autophagy and Mitochondria, Spermidine is believed to: (1) combat obesity. (2) blood pressure. (3) delay aging (4) improve memory and slow cognitive decline. and many more. I buy many products of Pure Vitality. It has never let me down. However, it’s my first time to buy their Spermidine Trihydrochloride for the quality, price and most importantly the seller who cares for the customers. It’s been two weeks now and I already started to feel a difference. I will put it under test for another two weeks and will update my review if required.

Really good overall and excellent value for money. The size of the capsules is medium so not too intense to swallow! The 8mg may be on the higher side of what’s reccomend for anti aging. But I tend to divide it so that I get around 2-3mg. While the product is good- the evidence of this working is debated. I don’t feel anything quite yet but I’ll have to wait and watch. The packaging feels a tiny bit cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and perhaps a bit more. Just bear in mind that if you have gluten intolerance this may trigger it slightly- as it did for me- it depends on your individual sensitivity.
