I use the back arch for myself and yoga students. It enables the chest to open and helps with tightness in the shoulders and upper back

Perfect!
The Yoga Back Arch is a light item, easy to travel with and perfect for yoga daily practice! I little bit more expensive than I would like but in the end it was a good choice.

it's really good
I forgot I had this and found it at the back of a cupboard. I'm so glad as after using it again only 4 or 5 times, my shoulders are opening and also my pelvis. This seems to be helping me to sit more upright when my feet are outstretched as I'm over 70 and beginning to curve inwards in many places. I find that I only need to use it for a few minutes each day, both for the upper spine stretch and the pelvic stretch to have made such a difference. I'm thinking of buying a second one to give to friends and use at their place when I visit.
