Best Vacuum Available
Best vacuum ever with one flaw. There is storage for every single piece but one. ????!!!! Why would they think things through so well and provide storage for everything EXCEPT one tiny piece. I put the piece inside the bin under the vacuum bag for storage but it seems like such a weird omission when they went so far everywhere else.Anyway, power is awesome, almost ding it for how heavy it is, but it is just so much better and well thought out that any other vacuum by so much that it still earns five stars.

Very surprised by how well this works and the convenience of battery power
I've had a Home Depot Ridgid brand vacuum for about 12 years. It was a three horsepower model. Worked fantastic up until a couple months ago when it started making some loud noises from motor after about 2 minutes of use. I've used it to vacuum out both my vehicles, my garage and my son and daughter like to come over to my house and wash their vehicles because I have all the nice stuff for washing and detailing, so they use it to vacuum out their vehicles too. It's got quite a bit of regular use over these years. Since I have several EGO tools, I have several batteries of theirs already and every one of their tools has performed outstanding, so I decided to buy this unit to replace my ailing Rigid. All I can say is wow I am very impressed by this product. On high it's about the same power as the plug-in electric rigid it replaced and on turbo it is quite powerful. It's very quiet also. I can vacuum out a vehicle with one 2.5 amp hour battery. I do turn it off using the remote on the end of the handle, which is the most convenient thing ever by the way, so I think that helps a little bit with battery life. It's very easy to move around and follows me wherever I go by just pulling on the hose. Having all of the tools be able to store on the product as well as the hose wrapped around the top when you're done is really nice, makes it very easy to store and take up hardly any space. I don't use the bag that came with it, I just don't see a use for that for my purpose. I haven't used it for liquids yet but I didn't use my other one for liquid very often either. Is The impossible on a 7 amp hour battery I'm able to vacuum out my entire garage, up in the corners, the floor and all the shelves for cobwebs etc and not even worry about battery life. Not having a cord to get tangled up in or stop the vacuum from rolling by getting stuck on it is quite the liberating experience, I'm serious. And having that remote button on the handle is brilliant! I thought the crevice tool with the light tube was going to be a gimmick but I tell you for vacuuming out underneath the seats and in between the seat and the console areas it is absolutely fantastic. Overall I'm super happy with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you're already invested in the EGO power equipment ecosystem.

Highly recommended
Pros:Great suction, picked up the dirt in my shop nicely,Portability, which this offers. There are times I need a vacuum cleaner but had no electricity. The tools mostly have a place on the machine to be stored. That will save me from eternally looking for the crevice tool.Great capacity, 9 gallons is more than I will ever need but you never know. The ability to use other Ego products with the same batteries. I consider this a great benefit.Cons:A bit bulky, but given the functionality, can’t complain too much.Of course, limited by battery life, but in my case, that won’t be a problem.

This is better than I expected, but, what's up with no storage for the attachment tip?
I used a Harbor Freight 2 gallon before getting this. This one (EGO) blows the other out of the water. This is well thought out. There's on-board storage for almost every attachment except for one. There's a rubber tip attachment that goes, I think, on the floor brush, but there's no where to put it. However, I just found that someone on Thingiverse made a mount specifically for this (must be a common complaint?), so I printed it on my 3D-printer and it literally looks like it came from the factory and it works perfectly for that last attachment tip. EGO could benefit from including that mount with this wet/dry vacuum. But for anyone with a 3D-printer, there's a solution for that last free-floating attachment with no home. The vacuum itself is awesome so far, we'll see how long it lasts, I do a lot of routing and that's a quick way to kill a lesser quality wet/dry vac.

Great
This wet/dry vac is outstanding! The power and performance are exceptional, handling wet and dry cleanups effortlessly. I love how intuitive the controls are, and the multiple power modes offer great versatility. Battery life is excellent—I've never had to stop mid-job to recharge. A fantastic tool that's become indispensable in my garage! I had a decent corded wet/dry vac before this one so was hesitant to spend $300 for this but am glad I did. Moving this thing around is so easy.
