Wish they had it in other colors. Woul like to get a set for my vacation condo, but the siding is green so red will not look good.

Update!: I contacted the company and they responded super quick and had already ordered a replacement for me! They are coming in a few days and I'll update again if the new ones are more colorfast.The good: these are super comfy and I love being able to rock on my porch. They fold up easily and can be tucked away when not in use daily or for a season.The bad: the material is not at all colorfast. I've had these nearly a year now, but the fading happened in the first couple of weeks. We've been trying to keep them turned away from the sun when not in use as much as possible ever since we were shocked by the initial fading. One of the black parts is basically brown.

So, I loved the chairs - the look, the material, the sturdiness - until I sat in one of them. One of the chairs had a slight bend in the right rocker so that when you rocked on a smooth surface, it 'crunked' back and forth. I know 'crunked' isn't a word, but it it how it felt to me when I rocked. So, if this review is about the one chair I would have to give it between a 1-3 depending on how much you hate 'crunkng' when you rock. However, if this rating is about the company (which it now has become), I have to give it between 5 -10 stars. This company was responsive from the get go, has been incredibly communicative, and wanted to make it right from the start. And even when they realized their business constrictions would now allow what they generously wanted to do, they bent over backward to make it right. Although I seldom have returns, I have never incurred a company that is as responsive as this company. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

UPDATED to say the customer service is excellent!! They reached out to me to address the rust issue. Very impressed! Added stars for excellent customer service. I liked these chairs when they first arrived, as they are very comfortable. I do wish you could take the covers off and wash them, but that is not a big deal. My main issue is that the chairs rusted very quickly and are now very hard to open or fold. For outside chairs, I would expect them to stand up to the elements better. If you are looking for chairs you can leave outside 24/7, I would not get these. But if you don't mind packing them up and putting them away after every use, they are comfortable and I like that they are rockers.

This set is more comfortable and attractive than the pictures show

This set is great! It comes fully assembled, you just unfold and slip the latch in place to lock it. That's it! The chairs as super comfortable, and the rocking motion is quite nice. The table is the perfect little extra to hold a cup of coffee or a cold beverage. I bought this for a little seating area I'm setting up, where my hot tub used to be, and I think I am going to have to buy another set since we all seem to want to sit in these chairs. I can't comment on durability, since we just got them about 2 weeks ago, but I plan to spend a lot of time in them this summer and will update how they are doing come fall.
