pfSense Router Build
Purchased this for a pfSense build. As advertised, the board is populated with 4 discreet Intel V226 NIC's. Added 8Gb of DDR5 RAM and a 128Gb NVME SSD. Used 150w PICO PSU. Board booted 1st time no problems. pfSense installed with no issues and recognized the intel NIC's immediately. Installation and setup (including bridging 3 of the NIC's for LAN and setup OpenVPN for remote) took approx 2 hours. NOTE: I must point out that this board comes with absolutely no documentation; online searches came up with zero as well. While most of the headers are labeled on the board, the chassis header for Power sw. and LED's have no polarity indicated so connection is trial and error. That being said,, if you are comfortable with building PC's and willing to take some time this is an excellent choice for a NAS or Router build

Network port died but fine otherwise
Working well so far.. except one of the network ports died in the first few days. Couldn't connect to the server anymore, realized it was only listing 3 out of 4 network interfaces. Changed ports and it's been working fine for the last year or so.

Pretty good support in Debian and Ubuntu, great for a home server.
This board can be had on AliExpress for a bit cheaper, but if you need it in a hurry this is a good spot. I am using this to host a full *arr stack, webservers, download clients, etc. with 48TB of attached HDD storage managed with mergerfs. Just note that the M2 slot closest to the processor is NVME and the other is just SATA, so use the closest slot for whatever needs the speed advantage. For me, that's a working/scratch drive for nzbget processes. Manufacturer is BKHD if you need to research it. I re-pasted the heatsink out of habit when I received it. Does hardware transcoding with QuickSync in Jellyfin really well. Can't think of a better board. I have a USB PCIEx1 card on it to provide an internal USB3.0 header for my case + 2x C and 4x A ports on the back. Seemed to be picky with RAM, I have a 16GB GSKILL ripjaws stick installed. Some people suggest that you can have more RAM than that, but I use this for a ton of docker-based applications on Debian 12 and my RAM usage never exceeds 50%. Good board.

These are low quality boards, not recommended.
Update: The seller sent me an open box board as a replacement under warranty and it has the exact same problem. A faulty memory controller. Both boards also run quite hot because the CPU heatsink and fan are not equipped to properly cool the CPU. So under a modest load it will run at 78-83C. That's hot enough that the board will burn itself out without some kind of aftermarket heatsink/fan modification. But back to the original problem. I have perfectly good DDR5 SODIMMs that I have tested on other motherboards w/o issue. I've included a screenshot that shows the failure on this board on the third pass, as well as the high CPU temperatures. Upon reaching out to the seller, they insisted it isn't the motherboard because . . . the same problem is happening again. They even asked me if I had used the motherboard for anything yet. How can I use it for a firewall with a faulty memory controller and a CPU that runs at about 80C under modest load? This unit was not built with quality in mind, and I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. Even if you are lucky enough to get a board that has a working memory controller, chances are it will eventually overheat and die a lot earlier than it should. I am very disappointed in this purchase and hope my review helps others stay away so they can save their time and money. Original Review: Had a bad motherboard out of the box. Memory controller is faulty. I tried replacing the RAM just in case it was that, but the same exact problem persists. The unit came with no documentation, and I don't suspect that there's much of a warranty. If there is I'd likely have to ship it overseas, which makes it not worthwhile. So much for hoping to find a decent priced NUC board, I was hopeful about this one, but it's been a nightmarish experience. I don't recommend buying this unless you enjoy hardware with poor QA and no support.

Barely got it to run win10
Yes, after major efforts of work around, got it to run win 10. Reason I chose this motherboard is I wanted the lower power speedy intel N100 in mini-itx board with 2.5GBE ethernet. No documentation, no user manual and this webpage product description claims it is "Platform Windows" but I say not quite...here are the win10 issues with the motherboard..... 1. Very primitive BIOS that does not allow to boot from win10 usb installer, have to boot from preinstalled win10 SSD 2. Cannot run win10 update via ethernet unless the driver is the latest intel network driver from USB drive 3. no audio because Multimedia audio controller is unknown 4. despite the fact it claimed 1*M2_ SSD NVME/NGFF+ 1*M.2_ NVME, I can't get any m2-ngff to be visible in bios or win10 in any m2 slot Other than the issues I listed above which I can live with, this N100 board is ok and fan is quiet

Setup as a TrueNAS NAS
Review for: HKUXZR N100 Industrial Motherboard NAS Actual CPU: N150 RAM used: NEWMIX 8GB DDR5 4800MHz Manual: very basic It powered up without RAM or SSD. Shut down, added RAM and repeated for SSD. The NVMe M.2 SSD was one I had from a failed TRUENAS PC. It booted into TrueNAS. Set Ethernet port 1 IP, rebooted and logged on from another PC. I tried Ethernet port 1 and 4. Shutdown and added another NVMe 3x4 M.2 SSD. M.2 NVMe slots: labeled adms SSD and NVMe. The description states one is PCIe 3x1 so I took that to mean the SSD slot or the one closest to the Ethernet ports. I put the boot drive with TrueNAS in the slot labeled NVMe. Fans: the board has two fans labeled as Fan-CPU and Fan-SYS. the photo on Amazon has these labeled opposite but shows the CPU fan plugged into what my board labels as CPU Fan. I plugged in power and reset buttons and HD and Power LEDs. The manual showed pins 1 and 2 as positive LED connection pins which worked. I connected two 2.5" drives to SATA 1 and 2 ports to test. These were previously setup on TrueNAS and both were recognized. So far it does what I need. I plan to 3D print a case for two 3.5" drives. I got a ESGaming ITX 500W 80-Plus-Bronze for this project.

Works, docuemntation sparse, don't expect fan control
The motherboard works as stated, I haven't done any benchmarking on the SATA ports but they appear to all function together reasonably well. The main issue I have with this is that the chipset doesn't really have any way to control the fans, if there is one it definitely doesn't work on Linux. But, it's the only N100 motherboard I could find in this price range with that many SATA ports and with regular power supply ports so it fits the bill.

Great NAS board
For the board manual goggle the "BKHD 1264 NAS MB". Great little board for DIY NAS project. I have installed 32GB DDR5 4800Mhz SODIMM ram module and validated it with memtest - it works flawlessly (despite what is stated in documentation). I have used HP X1 ram module, but I suspect it should work with other brands.

Works as expected
Minimal packaging. The manufacturer is BKHD. Once I was able to looking up the documentation that was missing from the package, installation went smoothly. Iโm using a Jonsbo N2 box and this board didnโt work with most of its front connectors unfortunately.

A compact and reliable motherboard.
A compact and reliable motherboard. I purchased this board because I needed a reliable and compact motherboard for my Unraid server which runs 24/7. What I really like about it is the number of SATA slots and the two NVME ports for SSDs or to add even more SATA ports. It has been running always on since August 2025 with no problems.
