This product uses Methyl Cobalamine B12 which cured my neuro symptoms in 2 weeks when my doctor told me I was deficient. Most other B12 use cyanocobalamin which doesn't work at all even though they make the blood test look good. I'm not a doctor and can't tell you why but not all B12 are equal and the chemical composition matters.
