Would they fill a standard pillow case?

Pillow case has to be down/featherproof. 1kg is enough for a normal pillow.

Are the feathers treated with flame retardants

I do not recall flame retardant being in the original listing. Only the supplier will be able to confirm.

I got sofa pillows with fibre whatever filling lol can i top up those with duck feathers or its not gona really work mixed together?TIA

They worked for me as a top up mixed with the fiber filling in the sofa cushions I have. Just had to pack tightly to get support.
