There lots of fruits contained in this such as raisins, hazlenuts and almonds and it seems good quality as it's made by a well know brand. It's very tasty and is great with milk or yoghurt. Its If its kept in a sealed airtight plastic container it should last a good while before going stale. It's great that it's sugar free as a lot of cereals seem to be high in sugar which iis something I personally keep an eye on.
