I use this in curries all the time. It's the best out there in my opinion. Pure, and delicious.

the ingredient list is not shown on the website but when the product arrived, I saw it contains caseinate. I am dairy intolerant so I can't use this product. Please make sure that ingredients are clearly marked in the products to help buyers make the right choice.
