Take a minute to read the directions and you'll be fine. The whole processing took less than 20min for me. They fit my 05 and look great. Packaging is a pain to open, have a knife ready and take your time. I've had both in-channel and outside shades on different vehicles in my life. In channels stick longer and look better. Worth a little extra money imo.

Front fits well, rear is a bit tricky when rolling the window up.

Product is great however the adhesive location was not properly thought out for my make and model vehicle but we made it work.

I had a set on my first gen Xterra and now have a set on my 2nd gen Xterra.Put'em on myself that was very easy, just follow the instructions and anybody can install'emAN absolute must for anyone who lives in Florida!Russ T.

I really wanted the in-channel window vents because I think it looks better. Although I am happy with how they look, the rear two vents don't work great. I installed them all according to the directions, but the rear windows get caught on the vents when they are getting rolled up. I haven't come up with a solution yet, but it seems there need to be more adhesive on the corners of the vents so they don't pull inwards when the windows go down. The front vents work great and I use those two windows the most anyway, but it is annoying that I have to come up with a solution for a product that should fit seamlessly. It does keep the rain out and provides me with fresh air, so it's not all bad.

Installed 4 on my 2008 Nissan Xterra in about 20 minutes. On my older vehicle I made sure I cleaned the areas quite well where they adhere to the window moldings with extra alcohol cleaning wipes. 4 small ones were provided but I also used 4 glasses cleaning wipes to clean more dirt off prior to the install. They look great, fit well and now I can leave my windows cracked an inch in the hot Florida sun without worry of rain intrusion.

I bought this for my 2013 Xterra, and while installing I noticed that there we sections on some pieces that did not have adhesive pads, but other pieces did have those pads. The parts missing pads do not sit properly in the channel and this would be bad because it blocks the window rolling all the way up, but the parts with those pads do sit tighter in the channel, but they ALSO block the windows rolling up around 75% of the time, especially the rear windows.As a concept these are good, but the design, manufacture and QC are bad.

Easy to install -- just clean really well first. Get yourself some extra alcohol prep pads -- the two included are NOT nearly enough. Otherwise, these work great at a fraction the cost of WeatherTech.
