FouFou Dog 62562 Bodyguard Protective All-Weather Dog Pants, Small, Black

Our Great Pyrenees/cattle dog mutt/several other breeds would get giant snowballs stuck to her fur and it was difficult to remove them. It would cause her irritation and matting. These snow pants have almost completely taken care of that issue. She can now roam in foot deep snow and only have a few small snow balls. We also love that when the roads get dirty her undercarriage stays clean. We get stopped on the street daily because people want to know where we got it or just to take a picture. The cons to this product though might effect your purchase. First off, the Velcro is not the highest quality. Once snow gets on them they have a tendency to not stay latched anymore. We also wish they were more waterproof. Even though it keeps her more clean, when we come home she’s still wet and requires a lot of towel drying. Lastly, be careful of where the back is placed, our pups got some chaffing on the inside of her thigh. We would absolutely purchase this again when her current one wears out but some of the cons to this item can be frustrating.

I don't understand why the vendor charges more for the maroon color ( it's not red as advertised) when the black and gray are much less expensive by $17-20 dollars. I think that's ridiculous given they're the exact same product. I sent the maroon color back and bought the black. I didn't like the black color at all and sent them back too. If the maroon were the same price as the black and gray pair I would have settled for the maroon color BUT it's more expensive for the exact same product and that just doesn't sway or convince me to spend more money. It does just the opposite i.e.; I walked away instead based on principal. It's the Consumer's choice to overpay or not. I chose not to. What will you decide?

The media could not be loaded.  These party pants work pretty well. They fit surprising well on my 120lb Great Pyrenees (2XL). It took him about 2-3 minutes to get comfortable but then he was completely fine running around in the pants. After walks he typically is covered in mud and these pants kept him somewhat cleaner. He runs off leash through the woods and through creeks. The pants kept a lot of the mud off of his long hair. They are pretty easy to put on. The adjustment straps keep the pants in place. I gave 4 stars because I’d like to see the back and stomach cover a little more. The straps at the bottom of the legs need to be tight so that the dog’s paw doesn’t go up inside the pant leg. If you are leash walking your dog these would probably keep most if not all the mud off the dog, my guy is a little extreme with how dirty and muddy he gets.

I got fed up with giving my dog a bath everytime I came home from a muddy walk. I ordered these pants after reading positive reviews and on our first walk, found out that they do exactly what I needed. You can see in the photo how wet it was that day but other than her paws (could've put on boots but that would look really over the top) when we got home she was completely clean and it was minimal cleanup on the exposed parts ( private areas ). A little pricey but what pet product isn't. The important thing is that it works. Let's face it the dog is not embarassed as much as the owner but I also have much less clean up!

Needed something simple that’s easy to put on my wheaten terrier when she goes out for a potty after after a snowstorm. The snow sticks to her fur and this prevents that from happening on her legs and undercarriage.The plastic buckles are ok but maybe will be the first thing to ware out.

Our long haired shepherd had a real issue when she ran through fresh snow, her entire underside would get totally encrusted with hard packed ice and snowballs as seen in the photo. We purchased these FouFou Dog All-Weather Dog Pants and they resolved the problem in its entirety. They fit her perfect and seem very comfortable as they haven’t slowed her down in the least. These protective pants, in combination with her nylon coat covering her back keep her dry and comfortable when we’re out snowshoeing, or if she’s simply outside, playing in the snow. These all-weather pants did the trick and resolved what was becoming a pretty big problem that was seriously impacting her winter, outside, fun time. We are all very pleased with this purchase! Woof.

It takes a moment longer to get out the door for a walk. But, just a quick paw dip or baby wipe takes care of clean up when we get back now. No more hosing and toweling the entire underside of my dog at the end of our walk. Great for those double coated dogs.

While I loved the first one I purchased, my recent purchase wasn't up to the same standards. The armpit areas aren't water resistant. While a nice fit, her front armpits still get wet and dirty on walks. Quite disappointed this go around.

Sin embargo, le quedó muy bien a mi otra perrita Malinois, que es mucho más delgada.

J’ai acheté ce pantalon suite à la stérilisation de ma chienne. Je vous évier que sa plaie se salisse.J’ai du faire une couture entre les deux pattes arrières au niveau du ventre mais tout était parfait.Il serait bien de choisir si c’est pour un mâle ou une femelle

I have a border collie and we live in the country. These pants work Piper is much cleaner not a big performance like before for cleaningand I will put them on on rainy days and also when the snow is soft and forms ball this will be a life saver

The media could not be loaded.  Fits big. XL says 12"-14" and XXL says 14"+. My pupper is just 14" and without knowing how it would fit, I took the XXL. It fits big but I will have it altérée to fit her better. But oh my, she is so cute in it.
