I exercise in the pool several times a week plus play water volleyball, so I need to wear good water shoes for traction and support. The usual insoles in water shoes are plastic-y, thin and not very comfortable. Now I use these insoles instead. You do need to take them out after getting them wet, gently squeeze out the excess water and lay them out to dry, since they aren't technically designed for the water. But they hold up great and dry out in about 24 hours. Then I insert them again for the next time at the pool. I bought two pairs of water shoes and these inserts so I can rotate and have one pair ready to go at all times. They make my water shoes extremely comfortable and provide a lot of cushioning and support in the water for aerobics and volleyball lunges. Highly recommend.

I bought these after the original insoles in my rubber work boots finally wore out. The boots themselves were still in great shape with no holes or leaks, so I figured I'd try replacing the insoles instead of buying a whole new pair of boots.I'm glad I did. These insoles were easy to trim and fit into my boots, and they actually made them more comfortable than they were with the original insoles. I spend a lot of time working around my orchard and garden, so having comfortable boots makes a big difference after several hours on my feet.I've now been using these insoles for at least a year, and they've held up well. They still provide good cushioning and haven't fallen apart or flattened out like some inexpensive insoles I've tried in the past.If you have a pair of boots or shoes that are still in good condition but have worn-out insoles, this is an inexpensive way to give them a second life. They've worked very well for me.

I bought the size in 7" (didn't have my size 6" or 6.5"). I cut 1/4" to fit my size and fit perfectly. Good price, well made, but I agree with one of reviewers indicating that the upper part of the insoles are bumpy, not comfortable to me.

Great product, soft, conforms to foot, great cushion

I was skeptical that these thin insoles would be comfortable to stand in all day. I was very wrong. They are thin but very flexible and comfortable. They did not have any odor when I unpackaged them. They seem very durable as they are in my daily workout shoes. They fit perfectly so I did not need to cut them.

These are comfortable but we're too wide and too long for my shoes and have no guide lines for cutting to size.

These insoles are the pillow to my feet!So far they are great, memory form insoles shoe inserts. And the price is justright! They are even washable great idea!

Great insoles for the price. I only wore these inexpensive boots for emergencies because they were so uncomfortable. Finally tried some insoles that didn't work out. These are great for me. They fit perfect into size 7 ladies boots, Soft and comfortable compared to the card board like insole that came with the boots. I will definitely get more for the reasonable price. They don't have an arch which I like because the arch in other insoles didn't line up with my arch. The nubs took a few days to get used to but I got used to them and they are fine. I forgot to remove the old insole at first and the boot was too tight. Throw out the old insole. I wear these boots a couple of times a week now when walking the dog in the woods.

After trying a few different insoles in vain trying to match ones I had in the past, I've finally found a match in these, feels good on my feet, not pillow like but has a cushion feel, around the upper feet towards the toes the insoles have this ripple effect almost acupuncture like that has a nice feel and would feel better with thin socks, they are not massively thick nor are they very thin. I would say these are best suited to but not excluding other shoes, trainers would be best, paired with thin socks. My insoles went into my trainers with no re-sizing by cutting required. 9.5/10
