Neutrogena Revitalizing Tinted Lip Balm SPF 20, Sheer Healthy Blush, .15 oz

These days, it seems every lip oil or balm claims fantastic hydration. I've been disappointed in every one... except the Neutrogena Revitalizing formula. It DOES hydrate. I may have applied it twice in a day, and by bedtime, my easily- chapped lips are still smooth. There is a definite improvement in moisture and lines when used. I've worn this off and on for 2 years. I'd use it nonstop if it offered more color varieties. I mean, it's light pinkish (Petal & Healthy Blush), light pinkish peach (Sunny Berry), barely there "caramel", a muted cranberry (Plum), and just shine. The shade selection is the only negative for me. But keep in mind, this is a lip TINT. I do think this out-performs the very expensive designer balms, at a fraction of the cost. The Revitalizer delivers its promises.

I spend a lot of time outdoors in the winter, and I need a lip balm that really moisturizes and protects from the sun. I have always been a fan of Neutrogena products, and after seeing this lip balm mentioned in an article about best balms with sunscreen (it was one of several listed), I decided to try it. It feels so good on my lips - almost like lip gloss, and it maintains the moisture for hours at a time. The tint adds a nice finished touch, but it's not so intense that you need to be looking in a mirror to apply the balm and make sure you're "staying between the lines." I have worn this on a few sunny days at this point, and my lips were fully protected from the sun. It's a nice small tube, so it's easily carried in a pocket. There's a little bit of a fruity smell when applying the balm, but I don't smell it afterwards, so that doesn't bug me. Highly recommend this lip balm. Update March 1: This lip balm passed the ultimate test by keeping my lips from getting sunburned while skiing at a very high altitude on several sunny days. This scenario is where other lip balms have failed me in the past.

I like this lip balm very much, and I love the color.....it is one of the few lip balms I have found that suits my coloring well and I can use it to replace lipstick or gloss on many occasions! It glides on and feels so smooth on my lips - it is heavenly soft and I can feel it adding moisture to my lips. It is just so nice to wear. My one issue is with application - the oval shape takes some getting used to. I am used to being able to apply my lip products on the go without a mirror, but with this balm I still need to check I haven't gone over the borders of my lips and given myself a bit of a clown face - lol! It is one thing to enhance lip size, another to look like I'm a 5 year old playing with mommy's make-up! I am getting the hang of it though. For a slightly understated but nice colored moisturizing lip balm that feels like silk on the lips, I highly recommend this product, and if you have a lighter skin tone as I do, this color may well suit you nicely too.

I absolutely love this lip balm! The color is amazing and definitely keeps my lips moist. Plus it has SPF which is a big plus.

This has been my go-to lip balm for several years. My lips are dry year-round and most lip balms I use leave my lips feeling waxy and don't really help heal the dryness. I like the way this one feels while wearing it -- lightly creamy without a greasy, slippery feeling. I wear subdued makeup but my chapped lips generally don't look good wearing lipstick, so the tint on this lip balm makes me feel a little more put together. I have fair skin and the Healthy Blush compliments my coloring nicely. A little pricier than other lip balms out there, but I'm willing to pay it for the effectiveness, slight tint and SPF protection. I never go without and keep one in my purse, one in my work desk drawer and one in my bathroom.

This wasn't the worst tinted balm or chapstick I've ever used, but it also wasn't the best. First of all, it's not hydrating and doesn't wear very long; you would have to reapply quite often. Second, it has a very fine silvery metallic shimmer in it. You see more of the shimmer than you do the color of the tint. Third, the shimmer looks ugly over chapped lips and since it's not that moisturizing it just sits on top of the dryness. The colors without the shimmer would be nice, but I don't like how it looks on dry lips. If it doesn't look good on dry lips, I don't see the point of using these. I am VERY fair skinned/ivory with purple undertones in my lips. I bought the colors Healthy Blush and Sunny Berry. Both look very natural without a harsh edge, so I can quickly swipe on without needing a mirror. The balm is flavorless, scentless and include SPF which check all the boxes for me! I love that this adds a slight shine to my lips and moisture without it being sticky like a gloss (I have long curly hair that ALWAYS gets stuck to gloss). The Healthy Blush is perfect for an everyday look with a coral undertone, while the Sunny Berry is more of a "date night" or fall color. Either way, I really love both of these colors and will definitely be looking at buy more!

Really unhappy with the shape of this tube. It is not round. Tube is wide and oval shaped. Really hard to apply as it is too big and oddly shaped. I guess the product itself is ok - but what good is that when it is so hard to put on correctly??

I’ve always been a big fan of neutragena’s products. The lip balm doesn’t disappoint. The colour is subtle and long lasting. Really value for money.

Fantastic product. I was recommended this product by a friend. Everyday when we were trekking on the EBC trail in Nepal she always looked glamourous and I thought wow I can't believe that she's using lipstick but then she let me into her little secret..... Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm - I'm now a convert.
