Me and my daughter have been taking karate together for several years. It works well to keep what remains of my hair out of my face, but also absorbs sweat well.What do you expect from it anyway? If you're looking for a headband this does what it is advertised to do.

The fabric is polyester, so it gets a little sweaty. best way to tie it is in a double granny knot, its too short for most knots. can’t tie it incredibly tight without stretching it. Those are the only downsides, everything else was great! It came on time too.
