Cottonelle Ultra Clean Toilet Paper, 32 Family Mega Rolls=176 Regular Rolls

Updating our review to one star after a bit more time "experiencing" this toilet paper. It is no where near the quality of Kirkland and/or Member's Mark house brand. I won't be tempted to try something else again even if the price point looks close. We have a bidet and have to use a lot of this toilet paper even when drying. I cannot imagine what it would be like if you were trying to clean with it. 1/5 stars. This is the first I have heard of "active cleaning ripples" and honestly did not think there was a difference between these and the other big box store in-house brand that we have been using. The larger size is nice as changing out rolls is less frequent. Overall nice softness to this toilet paper while also being budget friendly. 4/5 stars.

Price has almost doubled in the last couple of weeks! Used to be a good value. Decent toilet paper and with good absorbancy but definitely NOT worth the new price. Agree with the other reviewers about clogging toilets - this tp will definitely do that. Have been using this brand for 20+ years, placing my order for a different one now!

I have bought Cottonelle before and quality was good. Very disappointed with this purchase. The toilet paper I received does not appear to be the genuine product advertised. The packaging and quality were noticeably different from what was shown in the listing. I feel the item was misleadingly represented and I would not recommend purchasing it. I would like a refund and for the seller to investigate this issue.

Great toilet paper to use however it does not breakdown and causes clogs in sewer line. How do I know? I received a large plumbing bill $849 to unstop the clog which the plumber said they looked liked wipes which we do not use. The Kimberly Clark Company should do better testing of their products!! We went back to Quilted Northern by Georgia Pacific who we never had clogging issues with their product. We did a test of the Cottonelle Ultra Clean in a dish of water it and after 24 hours still strong not breaking up , in our opinion based on our plumber’s statement/experience this lead to our problem! Beware!

This has got to be the worst toilet paper I've used from Cottonelle. Granted, not as bad as 1 ply Scotts--nothing could be worser--but I expected more from this brand as I've always liked their retail versions. I tried finding the ones hotels were using but couldn't and picked this up on Amazon due to the ease and value. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a whole lot of toilet paper that I hate. First the roll is not wide like normal toilet paper. I have small hands, 6"x3", and it does not make me feel comfortable when I go in to wipe the poo because the paper doesn't cover my hand like most toilet paper do. Liquid quickly seeps through the toilet paper and when wiping, it shreds immediately leaving clumps, and little lint balls left over in your nooks and crannies. I use a bidet and that often leaves the area wetter than normal so when trying to wipe the excess water off me it deteriorates so fast and leaves clumps stuck in my crevices, which I end up finding later when showering. This happened way too many times and that caused me to become paranoid. I always have to question if I have wiped correctly, by having to use more dry toilet paper to brush off any lint balls that might have been left behind. This bad experience has deterred me from ever buying any more Cottonelle branded toilet paper. Since it deteriorates quickly, perhaps it's more suited for septics, but buyer beware.

I ordered FULL SHEET Paper towels. Whoever filled the order sent 1/2 sheet. It's simply I didn't get what I ordered. The !/2 sheets are uesless. The p[roduct itself if great. The person working is not babying attention to the order.

A while back, they actually made each square smaller so you get the same number of squares but less toilet paper. And zoom in really close on one of the last pictures of this product to see that it is now one ply, not two ply. And the labeling "3X stronger" is also crap. It's so thin you can see through it. You may get a lot more rolls, but you get a lot less toilet paper. What you're actually getting more of is plastic and cardboard. So stock up if you enjoy changing the toilet paper roll twice a day!

We've been using this type of toilet paper for years, so we obviously liked it, but we're about to look for a different brand. The current and last deliveries both included too many rolls that are extremely dirty, liked they'd been dropped or placed on dirty surfaces. I've thrown away multiple rolls and still have many unopened ones that might turn out to be as bad. My advice, if you haven't tried this product yet, don't.
