I don't know %; but Zinc Oxide is listed as 5th ingredient. Originally had it in rehab in 2015. formula a little changed since but feel it works well. I actually like it because it is softer consistency and easier to apply with a lower zinc content.

It seems to have a very slight smell like alcohol. It is barely noticeable. I had to put some on a finger and just about stick in my nose to smell it.
