Tune 720BT - Wireless Over-Ear Headphones - Blue

I don’t remember when the last time I recharged these headphones! I use these JBL to watch TV and listen to music through my TV with Apple Music. It’s not a $500 pair of headphones, but I don’t know what they sound like, lol. But, when listening to music, it sounds like listening to music in a car with a nice stereo. When watching a movie sounds great. The Bluetooth is so easy. I can turn off one device and then turn on another device and the Bluetooth will connect automatically. It will connect automatically without hesitation to multiple device’s in my apartment. I’m happy I didn’t get the Bose. They are better, but almost about 5X more than these JBL, nope. These are really nice headphones and don’t raise the price, Amazon, but I was going to buy a set of $110 Chinese headphones. Thanks to the person who told me about these JBL.

Got them used, No problems whatsoever. It says they last up to 3 hours..thats a lie, More like 12 hours or more! The audio on them is incredible, and the amount of tuning that you can do to it for all sorts of music, like if you want to hear the singer more or not. So worth the money, $60JBL > $100+Apple. Hands down. The noise cancelling is insane, they are strong and super comfy, works great for exercising too! you can rest them on your neck and fold them so you dont get sweaty ears. Jbl compatibility in general is awesome cause you can have a speakers/headphones all link together!! Worthy invesment must I say.

These headphones arrived ready to use right out of the box. They powered on immediately, paired with my phone in seconds, and the JBL app was easy to install and set up. The app even notified me of a firmware update right away. The headphones are lightweight, comfortable, and easy to adjust. I appreciate that they don't clamp too tightly on my head like some other headphones I've owned. The sound quality has been excellent so far, and the controls are straightforward to use. I did experience a slight headache after wearing them for about an hour, but I believe that's because I haven't worn on-ear headphones in decades rather than a fault of the headphones themselves. As I've continued to use them, the fit has remained comfortable and the lightweight design makes them easy to wear for extended listening sessions. The size is perfect for everyday use. They feel compact enough to take with me when traveling or commuting, while still providing a comfortable fit and good sound quality. The build quality feels solid, and I think they would be even more durable if JBL included a travel case to protect them when not in use. Not having a travel isn't enough to take away from an otherwise excellent experience. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a comfortable, easy-to-use pair of wireless headphones with great sound quality.

I’ve had these for over a year now and I’m honestly very pleased with them. The sound is good, they’re very durable and the battery on them is insanely good. I wear these all day at work without a single charge. I accidently left them on lastnight when I went to bed and I put them back on at 11:30am for some weekend cleaning and after a whole night of being on the battery only went from 100 to 80%. Ontop of that I love how fast they charge. When I finally do have to charge them Ive had times where I realize right before work and can only charge for 15-20 minutes and they charge back up to 70-80 in that time. I use these ALOT I rarely am not listening to something and still don’t have to charge often. The one and only change I would make is that at full volume you do hear sound from outside the headphones/others can hear but I will say they are pretty loud so it’s rare I ever turn them up that high. Worth the price 100% they last and are durable/not easy to break.

The JBL TUNE 720BT headphones are a good, but not perfect. I think they were a decent deal at the sale price of $59.99. But it’s a different proposition at the regular price of $89.99 for two reasons: comfort and stiff competition from more economical brands. The sound profile is excellent, as would be expected from JBL. As others have stated, it can be described as a “bass forward” sound. It is noticeable at times, but not a deal breaker. I have used the excellent EQ in the accompanying JBL app to reduce the bass frequencies slightly to taste on some music. Note that the position of the ear pads on the ears greatly influences the bass. The phones produce a wide, encompassing sound stage with a noticeable sense of depth. You’ll enjoy rediscovering music with these headphones. Speaking of the ear pads, as others have noted, these feel more like “on ear” headphones rather than the advertised “over ear” type due to their size. This, in combination with a slightly firm clamping force, does affect comfort, but not necessarily in a bad way…just in a different way. They do feel snug. For some, it may be too much depending on your preference. Both the ear pad size and the clamping force provide an adequate amount of sound isolation from outside noise. These are not ANC headphones. If that’s a deal breaker, the nearly identical TUNE 770s are available for about $30 more. More on those below. As I mentioned above, competition from less expensive brands would give me pause if considering these phones at the regular price. I’ve been pleased with TOZO brand earbuds. Great quality for the price. If not for catching the JBL 720s on sale, I might have given the TOZO HT3 a try. I’ve been impressed with TOZO sound quality in their earbuds, especially for the price. I mentioned the JBL 770 NC headphones above. They are the 720’s ANC cousin. I tried them and decided not to purchase at the sale price of $99.99. The 770s had even stronger clamp force that made them uncomfortable, at least for me. Additionally, the ANC on the 770s was disappointing when listening at lower levels. The ANC processing actually raised the noise floor noticeably with a different noise when listening at lower levels. It was no better than listening without ANC. The 720s provide enough acoustical sound isolation in office environments without the discomfort of the 770s. PROS: - Excellent sound profile - Great EQ in the JBL app - Extremely long battery life - 3.5 connection when wired connection is needed - better than adequate acoustic sound isolation. - Legendary JBL quality - Performs well on calls CONS: - snug fit might be uncomfortable to some - Ear pads are more “on ear” than “over ear.” - - Some may find this uncomfortable. - “Bass forward” characteristic might be a turn off for some - A little pricey compared to lesser known brands like TOZO. VERDICT: The JBL TUNE 770s are a good purchase when on sale, but face stiff competition from lesser known brands when they’re not.

absolutely love these JBL headphones. The sound is very clear, and the bass has great power. They are comfortable to wear for a long time, and the purple color is beautiful. The Bluetooth connection was quick and easy, and the battery lasts a very long time. They also fold up easily, making them convenient to carry. I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend them!

Ordered these around November 10th, delivered as indicated on 12th, packed well & arrived in good shape. I immediately put them on a charger as indicated prior to use. I usually am up 2 to 3 hours prior to my wife. The 13th I paired these with the Dish 3 Hopper. Most days since, I used these an hour or two to watch recordings of shows. Today is February 25th & I got the 1st notice of low power. I have put them back on the charger for 1st time since the original arrival charge. I rate these 5 Stars for living up to time between charges. Note, using several hours at a time, versus 1 or 2 may increase rate of discharge. Performance listening to music is also excellent. I was also pleased with quality on listening to YouTube Music in 8D & greater tunes. I lost a lot of hearing in left ear in Vietnam. I swear in those songs, my left ear appears to be working again. Again, 5 Stars for audio performance for Music & TV Shows/Movies. I find these headphones great for comfort & they fit over my ears fine. However, one having larger ears than I may find a tighter fit. Other reviewers have noted this. For me, 5 Stars for comfort! Only nit I'd pick, is this model does not support showing remaining power level in the App. However, headphones do have a verbal low power warning. I received this today with about 40 minutes left in a TV recording. I was able to finish watching it with a couple more warning. I turned headphones off at end & put them on the charger. Despite App not showing power left, the verbal warning is sufficient. I would like to see JBL indicate in specifications that this model does not support sending App Power Level Remaining. Still, would rate 5 Stars overall with this one caveat. 06/16/2026 Update: Just got the low power warning for 1st time since February charge. Still use between 30 minutes & 2 hours most days. My experience is their useful power estimates are correct. So far, still highly recommended with the caveat mentioned previously.

I must highlight the battery life is amazing. I have only used these while gaming and I still have 50% battery life yet at about 24 hours of use. This is my first pair of over the ear headphones so I have nothing to rate them against, but they have not been the most comfortable on my head. I don't know if that is because I am wearing readers and it is pressing them into my head behind my ears or if this is a common issue with those who wear glasses and over the ear headphones in general or not. So, I don't feel comfortable rating them lower as a result since logic says it probably happens with all headphones. The quality is good and the app allows for more customization which is nice. The construction is solid and they are clearly well made. I waited for a sale and they are absolutely worth the price. I cannot speak to their performance for calls or video conferencing yet as I have not tested that feature at all. Overall, I have no complaints so far other than the glasses comfort issue and will update the review if needed.

First time i got this was a year ago and fell to the ground which caused the hinge, holding one of the ear pads, to break. Got it again 15 days ago and this time the same hinge got broken while my headphones were at my handbag !!!
