Edit: The seller was able to reach me and offered an amazing solution to my issue and delivered on their promise sooner than expected. Four stars instead of one because a great seller tends to be more important than the product. Their response makes me feel comfortable buying from them again. First used on August 28th and could no longer roll by November 15th. It’s a nice looking bag that holds a laptop and several books. You can feel that it weighs more than the average rolling bag, which is expected. The point of this purchase was to allow my handicapped teen to push/pull the bag on all four wheels without too much exertion, but this bag isn’t made to correctly stay on all 4 wheels while rolling. If you try to roll it on all four wheels it just tips over. My teen was forced to lean all the weight on 2 wheels and pull. I could’ve gotten any regular bag for this. Even when the bag isn’t full it sometimes tips over, so instead of leaving your hands free while the bag stands alone, you have to keep a hand on it or keep picking it up. The bag was first used on 08/28/23. The last week of October it was becoming harder to roll, as though there was resistance in the wheels but I couldn’t figure out why. On November 15th my teen was no longer able to roll the bag and ,after looking it over, saw that a wheel had broken. I’m just now posting this review because over the last two weeks I’ve been trying to figure out how to contact the seller with no luck. Definitely not worth $100. Not worth the purchase at all. The selling point is that you can easily roll lots of items, but the wheels aren’t stable enough. I can’t say anything about the shoulder straps because we never used them.

This backpack was perfect for my granddaughter to take to summer camp. She was able to pack her swim things (including a towel), her throw and pillow for nap time, an extra bottle of water, and a library book. It's also came in her favorite color - pink. It's very sturdy.

This rolling backpack is spacious with much needed pockets. It’s very easy to roll and then tuck away.

Pros: Very roomy - I can fit my lunch and purse. Rolls pretty easily once it's loaded up. Con: Front heavy if you want to put a laptop in the only pocket available in the back section. For example, I need to put the laptop in last or take it out first, unless I want the entire bag to fall forward. I will probably just buy or make a laptop sleeve so I can put it in the very back.
