This is a really nice jacket. The material is soft, inside and out. The size was perfect. My dad is 5' 11" and around 171 pounds and we ordered him an xlarge. Fits him perfectly. Not tight, not too loose, just right. The zippers seem decent so far. There are 3 pockets with zippers, two larger and a smaller one in the arm. There are also two deep pockets inside on each side in the front. So let's of places to put things. Its not bulky either. It is also pretty warm, blocks the wind. He hasn't worn it in the rain but the outside material seems like it would not get someone soaked. Definitely worth the money spent.

This jacket travelled all over Europe for three weeks. It was used in muddy conditions, snow and light rain and always kept looking great and working well. It was highly versatile and comfortable. The length of the sleeve was good and the zipper worked easily without any difficulties. The lining is soft and very rarely felt 'too warm.' It is a nice jacket that I can see lasting for many years. Every part of it is well made, rain resistant and has a soft/breathable lining. I would purchase this jacket again.

Great quality jacket! It isn’t bulky at all! Great value, it’s affordable, the zipper is of great quality as well. It does fit great and it’s warm because it has a fleece lining all over including the inner sleeves. I like the multiple pockets and how it can be adjusted using the ties on each side of the jacket and also the hood can be adjusted. The cuffs keep the sleeves from slipping. It dries fast, and when it rained a few days ago it kept the rain from getting me wet. This jacket is water repellent. I gave it a 4 star rating because it isn’t dark black. It has a brownish tone on the colour. I hope they can fix this and use a darker shade of black. Other than this issue, the jacket is very comfortable, great quality, and definitely will get another one in the future. I do recommend it to family and friends.

I've had this jacket for a little over a month now, and love it. My wife liked mine so much, I bought one similar to if for her and she loves it at well. The fleece lining is soft and comfortable, while keeping you the right amount of warm. The hood comes in handy in the rain, and the jack also keeps your warm & dry. The deep pockets are another benefit. Not only can you get items like your phone & keys in there, but you can get your hands in comfortably as well with all that in there. The zipper has a nice smooth action, and so far has been very durable. Being in Chicago, where weather can change in an instant, I truly love the versatility of this jacket. It not only keeps your warm but it also protects form the wind, rain, and other element. I do like that the jacket breathes as well so you don't get too hot and sweaty. If you are looking for a great light jacket for the Fall & Spring, look no further. There are a variety of colors to choose from as well, which is an added bonus.

This is an excellent quality softshell, very similar to our Jack Wolfskin softshells which are sadly no longer sold outside of Europe. It has a lot of the same features as the Jack Wolfskin model we were trying to replace for our son who had outgrown his - soft and warm fleece lining, excellent hood, seam sealed zippers, tightening elastic in all of the right places, as well as being waterproof makes this a standout wind/rain/fall/spring jacket! The softshell is smooth and looks very stylish too. The zippers seem to be of good quality. Very pleased with this!

I was specifically looking for a lightweight, packable, rain jacket for a trip to Ireland. We had been told to expect unpredictable weather: sunny and mild, to rainy, to windy, to cold, and everything in between - everyday. Well Ireland didn't disappoint: the weather was all that. This 33000 foot jacket did everything I wanted it too. Great for rainy, cold days. The jacket is not just a waterproof shell, but also has a lightweight fleece lining to help keep you warm (It was plenty warm even when it dropped into the 40s F). For colder weather, you could get by fine with a fleece or polartec layer underneath. It has a hood to help keep the rain off your head. Lightweight and easily folded up to go into a backpack for day trips. I could pull it out when it turned cool or rainy. No creases, looked great. I even began to wear it when it wasn't raining but just ward off the cool evenings. The jacket looks good. I ordered the Navy color, which actually has a fine pattern running through it - almost like denim, which makes it look much more expensive than it is. I was highly satisfied, and I highly recommend this jacket if you are looking for something lightweight, packable, and rain-proof.

Ordered this coat for an early spring trip to Newfoundland Canada and was very impressed with functionality, fit comfort and performance. I would definitely buy again.

Great quality. Light. Not for extreme warmth, so wouldn't recommend in below 20 conditions. But great otherwise for cold and light snow and rain protection
