Easy to install and working great

It did not work at all to start. It did not fit the exact location of my 2017 Nissan pathfinder. It was falling out and then after a few days it started glitching so meaning every time I put my foot on the break, my trunk will pop open or when I walk away from my car, my truck kept unlocking by itself. It was just very weird Finally two days later of having it for a week. It ended up dying and now it does not work at all will be returning.

Perfect fit corrected the issue

Easy to replace broken one. Only need one household tool. Snap 4 snaps off holding cover of hatch. Than pull snaps off. Unsnap plug and run it threw hole. Pull old one out and run new one in. Snap back in place and than reverse putting back together.

I installed the product but the tabs broke on the 3rd time opening the gate. The broken tabs were the reason we replaced the original. Installed on a 2015 Nissan pathfinder. Not certain now if I am going to buy another and assume this one was defective or if buying the more expensive OEM replacement. The item still functions and was an easy install.

Works great but the connector does not seat properly and makes me worry that it will come undone in the future due to vibration. As of now it’s a great product. For only a couple dollars and 5 minutes of time it’s all I needed

Perfect! Hope this helps the next person. Set up was easy, no need to head to dealer, just pull off your back panel and plug into the harness.

Identique a l'original super satisfait

Initially looked great. However, then came the install. The plastic clips on the sides of the switch do not extend far enough to be fully secure when inserted into the handle. Had to modify it by sticking pieces of foam under the clips so they would extend further but still be flexible enough to clip into the tailgate handle. The electrical connection is wrong. If you force it to fully connect (and it looks like it will initially), the switch won’t work. If you insert it about half way, it’ll work, but only sometimes. 50/50 at best and the connection is tested and confirmed to be intact, so the switch itself is faulty. At least the lock/unlock button works consistently. So a small win. Looks nice, functions poorly.
