Lots of stretch
Bought these socks for a woman who I haven't been able to find sock for anywhere. These stretched to fit her! A little expensive for couple pair socks, but finally ones that fit.

Finally a sock that fits
I have spent $$$$ on socks, some as high as $35a pair and none of these fit, some I can't even get over the arch in my foot. Finally, today I found a pair that fit me.... They went on like I did not have swollen feet. They are comfortable, not tight around the top of my foot or ankle area. And for only $12.99. I am a happy person with warm feet.

Comfortable
I have pain from any sort of regular sock that grips so I normally go without. That just isn’t an option in the US Midwest winter. These socks have lots of stretch and have enough length that they don’t turn into ankle socks once they are on and stretched out. I was concerned that they would be too big on my foot given I don’t have wide or swollen feet. They aren’t I originally purchased one pair to try out, and once I wore those a few times I came back to purchase a few more pairs. They are a bit pricey but worth it for the comfort.

Loose around calf, yes, but too thin
These would be a great socks, but I found them to be too thin and feet got chilly walking on bare floors. I didn't buy them to wear with shoes, but for comfort around the home.

Great and Not-So-Great
The calf portion of these socks stretches nicely for someone with large calfs & ankles. However the foot portion is very tight & thick.
