What a simple yet beautiful bracelet! And perfect for this time of year when there are graduates galore! I really ought to have ordered several of these for the several graduates I know. But I ordered one for a very special student who has been the most amazing 8th grader I have ever met. She is everyone's "cheerleader," encouraging them to believe in themselves. She works hard on countless projects and talents. She is humble yet gracious. I am just so proud of this young lady! So when I saw this bracelet, I had to purchase it for her. It was the right price, so I wasn't overspending, yet it was the perfect gift with a great message.The bracelet is sterling silver, which means it is generally safe for those with nickel allergies (and trust me, I should know... I'm very allergic to nickel.) It has a very inspirational message engraved into it, reading left to right: Choose this moment. Love. Shine. B the change U wish 2 see. Dream Big. Love Life. Be Brave. Smile. Laugh. Sing. Play. Dream. Dare 2 B Different.Wish.All of these messages are written in a different font, and they are a bit difficult to read, but I absolutely love the sentiment behind it! (Also, there are no periods between each one. I just put those there to differentiate between each individual message.) Pictured below is my less than beautiful arm, but I wanted to show a photo of it on someone who is not a small person. If it fits me, it will most women.Anyway, I can't wait to give this to my student. I hope it will serve as a reminder that she has people out there who appreciate her, believe in her, and will help her reach her goals. Very cool gift for graduates!

This was a gift to a 19 year old who just got a FT, adult job. We gave this to her for Christmas to wear at work should she become nervous etc. She was very excited to get it. It looks very nice, and the message is a strong one. For me I couldn't read the writing without needing binoculars. The 19 year old picked it up and read it in a half-darkened room without any hesitation or glasses. So, the writing is very small but I guess it's in the eyes (or perhaps the age of the eyes) reading the message. Def worth giving as a gift, even if one needs a pair of glasses bc they know the message as they wear it and it can be a quiet reminder of the love of those giving the gift, or inspirational for the person wearing it. The metal is very narrow. Mostly women would wear it but I know more than a few guys who would wear it too. Just depends on what you wear it with really. When I say guys I mean adult men who are secure with themselves and wear a variety of types of clothes or jewelry. Teen boys aren't known to be bastions of confidence and I'd imagine wouldn't want to wear this.

I purchased this bracelet for myself and then thought that some of my friends would like it for the beautiful verse. I purchased six and I'm ordering two more again today. This is a very delicate, feminine-looking bracelet. Some commentors have called it flimsy. I disagree. It is flexible so it can fit different sizes of wrists, yet very sturdy when closed closer together. Two of my friends wear their's loosely, but I choose to wear mine form fitting so it does not move around at all. I like it so much that I removed my watch and put it on my left wrist to wear with my wedding ring. I have a very striking tanzanite and diamond set, so I didn't want to distract from that. This is the perfect touch, and really accents my set. This is prettier in person than in a photo. I ordered so many to give to my really close girlfriends because sometimes we all need a little reminder that we are indeed stronger than we think.

This product is exactly what I am looking for but just a tad out of my price range. It receives 4 out of 5 stars because it is perfect but for the price I feel I should be paying for a better product. I understand womens jewelry tends to be pricier than most things but the material it is made out of does not feel super durable as the product is very thin. I love the looks and I am very happy with my purchase. The box the item comes in is very nice and can be used to hold the product and many more things you want to put in with it. Many other bracelets on amazon have the same style and text but I prefer this one due to the nicer looking font and the hearts.I recommend this to anyone for a nice sweet gift for a girlfriend, daughter, mother, etc. I just warn the user to be careful with the product.

I was apprehensive after reading the reviews on this bracelet and wish I had trusted my gut and listened to the other three star reviewer. But, the Serenity Prayer is important to me so I took a chance. I'm not sending it back because I love the prayer and the bracelet makes a nice addition to the decorations in my bathroom.I know another reviewer said the silver does not bend, but as I tried to tighten it, it definitely bent. The bracelet is huge on my wrist. I have no idea why the description read: "open cuff design for a comfortable wrist-hugging fit. It's anything but snug and I don't think my wrists are abnormally small.I won't dare to wear it because I don't trust that it will stay on.Think twice about who you might buy for, if they are active or have dogs, I wouldn't trust it. It really is pretty gigantic for a cuff and no way to tighten without bending. "

My husband gave me this as part of my birthday present. My mother had told me the serenity prayer when I was 18 and told me I would come to find it truer the older I got. How wise she was. What a wonderful gift and a beautifully crafted bracelet. Amazon you knocked this one right out of the ballpark!!! I highly recommend it. I haven't take it off yet. I see it, and it reminds me of the wonderful man that gave it to me. Knowing that it had sentimental attachment to the mother I have since lost that first passed on the words to me. Keep these type of items coming. It is so delicate; yet its words are so powerful...what was a combination!!! I have been truly blessed by 2 great people in my life and this bracelet is a beautiful reminder of that each day.

Adjustable for different wrist sizes. I’ve been wearing mine for about 3 months without taking it off to shower, sleep, etc. seems to be holding up great. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason I only gave it four stars was because it definitely is smaller than I thought it would be. But it was still a beautiful gift and my friend absolutely loved it! It did come with a gift box.
