I just received the package today. It was packaged well and the seal was great. All the gummies stick together in the bag. I immediately opened it and ate only one gummy even though the directions say take two. I just wanted to see what one would feel like. It wasn't disgusting, but it was not as tasty to me as the red juice drink (I love that beet flavor!!). I'm not sure how I can describe the taste, but I did not get the impression of vanilla cinnamon. I did notice that I had a better mood within the hour. Tomorrow I will take two. After only taking one and seeing results, I'm looking forward to taking two and seeing even better results.

I take shilijit from mitolife and just pop some tablets in and take them with water. Minor after taste. I’ve tried to get my kids to take the tablets and they’re too little. I’ve tried dissolving them, etc. So I was very excited for these gummies. I ordered them and gave them to my kids without trying them first expecting them to enjoy it since an influencers kid said they taste exactly like what it says, “cinnamon vanilla”. They both reacted by spitting it out and then complaining they couldn’t get the taste out of their mouth. I thought they were being dramatic and popped one in my mouth. WOW so disgusting. Worse tasting than just pure Shilajit. Such a waste of money! I’ve tried quite a few Organifi products so I’m surprised since everything I’ve ever taken from them has been great. We’ve had their green juice, red juice, glow, magnesium, and liver reset.

I have been into fitness and health since 2003, I have done a lot of research on supplements that work and supplements that don't. I lead a fit and healthy lifestyle, I go to the gym 4-5x a week. 6'1" 240 lean (dosages of supplements can depend on weight of person). There are many products out there that claim they do specific things. We all know most of these products don't do what they say they do. Usually when something is too good to be true, it is. Jumping to these Shilajit gummies, these seem to have been working for me. I have taking shilajit before in a powdered pill form but these gummies seem to be working better like they get absorbed better or something. The onset is quicker. I feel more energy, more strength. I don't feel like I need caffeine is bad is usual. I know that I appreciate taking it in a gummy where it's measured for me and is a pleasure to take instead of the residue which is sticky and messy. I also know that these work because of how I feel. I have been taking these for a couple of months now. Taking these gummies is way more convenient than taking the sticky paste. If it is important to you to make it as convenient as possible and you can't bear the taste or texture of the paste residue, then this is for you. If you are considering taking these gummies because you're annoyed with the other methods or you are curious, I would definitely recommend these to people that are knowledgeable and know what they are doing.

I’ve been looking into shilajit, and it seems there’s something there. I’ve been taking these shilajit gummies at less-than-recommended dosages for about six weeks now to help with my workout routine, and I think they’ve made a small but significant difference to my ease of post-workout recovery and my overall sense of well-being. My main concern with shilajit, to be overly reductive, is that it’s basically tar from some rocks on a mountain. Logically, the effects would depend upon the exact blend of minerals that are present in addition to fulvic acid, which would mean that sourcing is extremely important. But it’s too raw of a product and there are way too many minerals that may be present for it to be easily regulated or standardized. If you buy the cheapest shilajit you can find, it’ll come as some random jar of tar. And, to be blunt, I don’t trust that some random jar of tar of unknown origin will actually contain shilajit at all, let alone be safe for human consumption. Shilajit is expensive and suddenly trendy. The market incentives are not conducive to outcomes that I as a consumer would like. So on the one hand, it’s nice to see a product like this one. It contains a branded, purified shilajit extract instead of raw shilajit, and this extract even claims to be standardized (I’m not sure how much stock I’d put in that last part, but it means that someone at least tried to come up with some method of standardization). The gummies are well manufactured, feel clean, and taste about as good as they could possibly taste given their contents. There’s a sticky residue inside the package, but that’s a nitpick; I pretty much have nothing to say against the product itself. On the other hand, it doesn’t take much digging before you find PrimaVie-branded shilajit extract as a powder elsewhere for much less on a per-serving basis. To be fair, I think the price for what you get with this product is relatively reasonable and competitive within the market of shilajit products, but in absolute terms it’s still a bit of a budget-breaker. If you purchase under that understanding, I think you’ll be satisfied.

So first off all I don’t write reviews at all but I have to for this great product. Let’s give the bad part out the way it doesn’t taste great but it’s definitely eat able and grows on you . Now for the good part definitely notice a difference increase energy and stamina in my opinion it’s worth it I’m glad I gave it a try and now I’m gonna buy my second bag.

UPDATE/EDIT: The taste/smell is awful, however it has grown on me and must admit, after a month I have seen benefits of using it... more energy, mojo and stamina! If you can get over the smell/taste, it's dare I say worth it... I'm going to order another bag! I can't believe I am, but the effects are worth it. _____________________ It smells and tastes exactly like horse manure... if you leave the package open your house will smell like a dirty barn! I wish I was kidding. Now, does it work? The jury is out, not really sure, but if I had to buy again, I'd NOT! Keep your money.
