These affirmation cards arrived the next day after I ordered them.They are a bit larger in size than others i have ordered and i like that. I used them to include in client gift bags. My clients loved that they got a sweet little card that they can use or gift to someone else.These cards arrived in a deck, packaged with shrinkwrap. The cards are all completely made of a slick, plastic coated paper. They each have affirmations printed on them and they have a pleasing design. They are great to place as reminders to yourself, your family, or even to leave randomly for strangers to see. I love that they could be left on a table or chair to be found by someone who needs a little reminder to be kind to themselves. We live in a world where not everyone has someone to speak life to them. I love that these cards can be silent reminders.

I have two young children and have PPD. I'm also a therapist, and I struggle with feeling overwhelmed and "not enough" for my growing family.
