got the gun in and the first thing I noticed was the items inside the box were not as they had been from the factory. Once I powered it up I realized that the display doesn't work. I put a needle in and it wouldnt adjust down. The needle tips stayed about 1/4" out regardless. My suggestion is dont waste your time or money.

The media could not be loaded. Where to begin. First i will say the seller mast did attend my concern and replace my machine within 2 days. The machine worked great especially for packing and lining. Quick charge is amazing. Ability to open and clean the drive bar is my favorite feature. The cons for me is the build quality. I think i'm saving money buying a $250 machine but i end up needing to replace after a few months. Where my $1200 machines zero issues going 4/5yrs. My original archer the screen just went blank after 3 months of tattooing. Maybe from cleaning liquid getting into the charge port? Why they don't have a liquid guard on the port idk. You must clean your machines! They quickly replaced but the new one the o ring was broke and the internals are so gunked up with lube i have to wipe and clean it so nothing works its way into my tattoos. Idk maybe im harsh but I've purchased dozens of rotary machines over the years from bottom to top tier. If your starting out or just want to try a 4 stroke before going to the higher priced brands. This is a good fix. If your thinking your solving your next daily driver needs you may want to keep a backup in case something happens mid tattoo.

I learned on the butterfly style tattoo guns not these, didn't even know these existed until recently.From what the other reviews ratings say I will adjust myne "slightly" to match, it has a lot of great qualities!! But for me personally I find it to awkward to tattoo with.. it's wider than butterfly machines so the grip feel is way different and I can't seem to properly use it because of that... other people seem to feel the opposite tho so I guess it comes down to your personal preference.It charges quickly and lasts for a long time.Has less vibration and sound compared to butterfly machines. (I kinda miss the sound tho and used it in combination with voltage to check how much force the needle had)..Changing needles is faster and easier.Cordless wich is really nice!It seems better in virtually every way!! But unfortunately I think I'm to set in my ways with the hand feeling of a butterfly machine to feel comfortable using this to tattoo tho,. I need to feel comfortable (especially my hands) in order to tattoo, so this is basically a complete bust with me...Considering all the good things about it I planned on giving it 3 stars anyways and complaining about how it felt... because of the other reviews and talking with a couple people I know who've used this style it seems like something a lot of people prefer tho, so I'll give it 4 stars,.If you enjoy this style of tattoo gun then I would highly recommend it!!If you've never used one before I'd suggest buying one of the really cheap ones first just to see if you feel comfortable with them before spending this much on something you may not be able to use tho...

So comfortable, so quiet, good feel in hand. Holds charge for a long time and charges fast when needed.

The normal blue or black tattoo sleeves that I'm used to won't even fit on the machine because of the circular new feature that sticks out. And also I paid cash for it and Amazon I guess decided to give me store credit when I thought it was going to be on my debit card as a return. They have done this with multiple products of mine that I have paid cash for. I don't understand why my money is not going back to my account.

Very nice product, good quality, well made, easy to use and very comfortable to handle, very helpful with exactly what I was expecting, I like it a lot.
