Great product. Great taste and intelligent ingredients.

This powder mixes with water completely. I put an once of milk. It's not exactly ice cream truck strawberry shortcake but it's a good flavor. No gas or bloating for me. I use it once a day with 2 scoops . I'm satisfied with it but the blueberry cobbler is way better. So ill probably try another flavor next. If you want a 120 calorie low sugar amazing flavor alternative to something sweet this is a good option. Tried the chocolate, strawberry shortcake and the blueberry cobbler. They were all good.

They recently changed the formula and made an already great tasting strawberry protein shake even better. This shake taste delicious and is my go-to protein for a quick breakfast or post workout. I just use 12oz of water, one scoop of Redcon1 strawberry protein, and drop a handful of frozen strawberries into the blender - GTG!

I've tried alot of protein powders before, my health requires me to need meal replacement drinks, and this brand is the best tasting one I've found!!! Definitely would recommend it for anyone who is just needing something to drink that's filling, or on a diet, I'm not sure about how much protein is needed to body build or anything like that, but the taste is phenomenal!!!

One of the best tasting and blending protein powders I’ve tried. Has a little medicine taste which is common for a low fat and low carb protein, but much less than many others in my experience.
