i have been using this bench for several weeks now and i feel like i have a pretty good handle on the use.i was not able to be too picky when i ordered it, as due to covid-19 the selection was limited but i was finally able to get a benchfor use in my home gym and was happy to be able to finally work out on something other than a rigged up setup.so first, what is good :packaging was great setup took 5 minutes. literaly a couple of pins and screws. the assembly is pretty much fool-proofthe bench is light. Normally, you buy workout gear (and electronics) by the pound, so when something is light, it normally compromisessomewhere but the design was very solid despite the weight. The light weight makes it really ease to fold and stow away.the bench has very good angles. Lots of options, proper angles for flat, decline,incline,and seated work. the holding pin has a positiveengagement and is easy to operate.the padding and back are a good thickness and width.depsite being light, the bench is very sturdy. presses, flys, single arm work, raises.. everything was stable and the bench worked great.the bench is high enough to do bench dips, for most peoples (more on height below).what is not so good:the seat flares to the front, which makes stepping over during incline work a little challenging. it takes a few workouts to get used to.Not a real issueThe bench is high. Meaning thaht when flat, it is pretty far off of the floor.

This bench works as advertised. Decent price for a standard ab bench. The pros include easy to assemble and fairly sturdy range of motion.The cons depends on size. The foot rungs are quite small, still useable, but small. I am over 6 feet and have to be careful when hooking my feet so they are secure. The bench itself will fit you, but you will feel a slight wobble.There isn't anything wrong with the bench itself, hence the four stars. Its simply going to fit smaller people better than larger people.

It took about 10 minutes assemble. Works fine on carpet. The bands are just bungee cords but the eyelets are useful.

Perfect,sturdy. I'm a 5'4 150 lb woman and it supports my weight with no movement. This should easily cost 100.00

I give this 3 stars = Grade C. While this bench is a good value, I was disappointed with some of the features. While the bench does fold for storage, I would have preferred that it could unfold flat and I could store it underneath my bed. The way this bench folds for storage is still bulky, and looses 1 star. The bands that were provided are useless and more of a joke than a feature, and looses another star. Otherwise it is a decent bench for the money.

Equipo con buenos materiales, se siente sólido, fácil de armar y puede plegarse para su guardado.

Es un excelente banco por el precio. Los acabados están bien y los materiales son resistentes. Lo recomiendo.
