Love it - great kitchen faucet!
Looks good. Easy to install. You only need a philips screwdriver, an adjustable wrench or two, and silicone caulk - no fancy tools needed to get this in! Hardest part is getting old faucet out and cleaning the attachment surfaces on the sink. Doesn't require a separate set of connector hoses to the tap. The ones included are gloriously long and appear to be good in quality. Hose weight correctly weighted, but don't count on placement sticker for where to attach it - go for lowest part of straight hose before it curves at the bottom. Cover plate for unused two holes is satisfactory and looks clean. Water blending very smooth and easy to control. Pull out piece has a quirk I have come to prefer where you can shoot the stream at oblique angles if it's not seated all the way in - handy for multitasking as you fill various things for soaking in the sink. I have really strong water pressure so I hardly ever switch it into sprayer mode because it is like a mild pressure washer if water is on full blast. I really like that spray/stream mode selection is not dependent on what water pressure I select at the lever. I also really like that this faucet is tall enough to fit a pur water pitcher between it and the top of the sink for easier refills. This faucet is obviously designed for use by people who actually use their kitchens and costs half as much as anything comparable in the local hardware store. 5 stars.

Faucet leak in under a year; must replace faucet to fix.
The seller, Purelux, says it can be "fixed" with 1-2 possible solutions, and they will "help" me fix it by sending parts. I paid Amazon service to install less than a year ago. I paid a plumber to investigate the problem, a leak inside the body of the faucet, and stop the leak by shutting it down as it has to be replaced. The seller would have me pay for 1-2 more plumber fees, rather than to replace the faucet with a non-defective one, or to refund my purchase price. Absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend any company that doesn't stand behind its product.Addendum: After 2 weeks of no water in the kitchen the representative, Parker, said he would like to send me a new faucet. I sent him a picture his defective faucet which had been removed and a new faucet installed since he could not refund me any money He offered to talk. I told him it was too late to talk; I just needed the address and a return label and he could investigate his defective product as much as he liked. I never heard from him again. There is no corporate address or phone number on the Purlux website, so I assume it is a foreign business doing business in the US under the name Purluxe. I contacted Amazon technical support twice and got a refund of the purchase price from Amazon. I am submitting the plumber's invoice to also be refunded. I'll let you know how that goes.

Attractive, solidly made faucet for a very reasonable price
This looks great in my kitchen and works well. Attractive, brushed steel finish matches my sink. Installation took about 2 hours, start to finish on my own (not a professional plumber, but fairly handy). I made sure I had some teflon tape and plumber's putty on hand, then forgot to use the tape and the connections proved to be water tight without it. The plumber's putty is used to seal the bottom of the deck plate to the top of the sink and prevent any water from leaking through, but since the plate includes a soft rubber seal, I suspect the putty is also not absolutely necessary as long as the faucet is securely tightened during installation.I get a little splashing in spray mode because the jet stream is so strong, but it's minimal if I angle the spray away from my silicone sink strainer, which seems to act like a trampoline for water. My wife is very pleased.

Heavy Duty, but leaked(has fix)...KEEPS LEAKING
Love this faucet with my farmhouse sink. Purchased July 2018, installed August after full remodel. Was not very hard to install besides the small space hooking up lines. The spray setting is very strong on high pressure. Here we are end of May 2019 and look under my sink and Flooded :( looking underneath water was pouring out of the hole where the lines come out. I called amazon and they helped me find the email to Purelux [email protected] they responded the next day with the attached instructions saying this was common and the fix. I didn’t not believe them but sure enough (after trying twice) I was able to tighten the nut (be careful of the threads to not damage them). The best way to get the handle off is push it all the way back (hot) use a flashlight to guide the Allen key (2.5 mm) do not screw all the way off, just enough to remove the handle and be careful it’s small and easy to drop down the drain. Day 2 and no water. DO THIS PRIOR TO TURNING ON WATER AT INSTALL!!!! Not happy it leaked. It still is what I wanted, no one will ever know it was $60-$70 and heavy duty!!!Here was go again: June 2020 and we are flooded AGAIN! every 6 months this has happened and I emailed the company [email protected] and he now wants me to inspect pins inside of the faucet. I have advices him he will be reported to Amazon and this is outrageous. A kitchen faucet should not need internal maintenance like this and they have not responded to me in 30 days...

Gorgeous! Updated...
Update Post: Sure it looks great, but we purchased this in November of 2017 for ourselves as a Christmas gift. Didn't install it until after Christmas. It is now August 2019, not even a full two years, and this thing has sprung a leak inside the faucet itself that, apparently, you can't get to to repair?! Bah! When I bought this reviews were all pretty good. Now I am rereading reviews and seeing many other people updating their original positive reviews with the same issue suddenly popping up. My recommendation is go to Home Depot and buy a better quality (read: more expensive, but worth it) faucet. That's what I'll be doing today since we can't go without a kitchen sink.Original Post: Faucet looks gorgeous! Wife is thrilled! Once I finished installing (which was easy, aside from getting the old faucet out), I ended up with more projects because the shut off valves under our sink started leaking. So, I replaced all the pipes and drain pipes. Simple item, easy to install, but lots of extra work for me, lol.
