This was a replacement for a cheaper one that broke. It's larger with an easy-to-read face and when charged, emits a nice amount of light. Just enough to illuminate the numbers. They give you plenty. Just pop them in place. It's plastic, but is fairly sturdy. Once you get the stakes into the ground, they won't move. For us in the desert with high winds and storms, this is a plus. But alas, the rechargeable battery is useless. Mine didn't even last a week. The battery compartment is easy to access. Just change out the battery for a real one. It'll last 3 to 4 weeks. If you have little light or want people to see your house numbers at night, this is a good addition to any other lighting you may have. I have solar lights along the sides of my house and two in the front yard. This is perfect. Nice to look at too. Would I recommend? Sure. Just be sure to have a good supply of batteries. The solar ones aren't worthy.

The sign was so easy to personalize, and it looks great in the front yard. It lights up at night, so it is very easy to find our house in case of emergency. One thing that I need to add...the white adhesive plastic is not just there to protect it during shipping. You need to leave that piece of plastic on the sign. Without it, the numbers don't show up, the lights do. I had to go back and find the plastic and put it back on the sign. We are 100% pleased with this sign, and feel much better about people being able to find our house day or night. This is so important in case of an emergency. Oh, and there are plenty of numerals in the package, and even letters, so I can't see anyone not having enough to put their address on the sign. Great price, looks great! Highly recommended.

Nice address marker but it sits too low in my opinion. I plan to buy some PVC pipes to get it up further in the air for visibility but for now we put it on the side of our mailbox area that traffic rarely comes down the road trying to find our house. On the busy side we purchased another "pole" style marker on Amazon and it's substantially more visible especially during the day. We get daily deliveries due to a business we run from home and I have planted vines that have taken over our mailbox arbor so no one can see our address numbers on the mailbox this spring/summer. I purchased this unit first from Amazon in hopes that it would do the trick but delivery people let me know they never saw it when I asked. However, now that it's on the less busy side of our mailbox I trust that being lit up at night if someone is coming from that direction it will be seen....hopefully.

We bought this yard sign because delivery people were having trouble finding our house number. We had more than one person go to the wrong house. We got this sign and were able to install it in only a few minutes. It's bright and clear, charged up over night with no problem. We are very happy with the presentation. I gave sturdiness a 4 because I noticed that if you have to replace the re-chargable battery, the screws on the battery panel were very soft and the heads became damaged easily. The screws can be replaced, but should have been higher quality.

The owner's manual was comprehensive and easy to read. I thought the quality of the product was good, for one installation. By that I mean, in the beginning, I attached the legs/stakes, because I thought I was going to put the sign in the ground. I changed my mind, and thought about attaching the sign to another surface (using screw holes). So, I removed the legs. A while later, I decided the change would take extra time and I put the legs back on. But, one of them cracked, with this second assembly. I gave what I thought was a lukewarm review before and the company refunded my money. I did not request it, because I had planned to use the sign, anyway. But, thank you, Meridian Point.

I received my Lighted House Address Sign sooner than the scheduled delivery and was very pleased when I opened the box. It was very easy to set it up and it was bigger than I expected. The sign illuminates well at night (as you can see in the picture). Shortly after setting the sign up in my yard, one of my neighbors complemented me on it and stated that they should get one. Our area of townhomes gets a lot of Amazon deliveries and sometimes the packages get delivered to the wrong home. This really helps the delivery drivers know exactly which house is mine. This was definitely worth the price!! Highly recommend purchasing it!!

So I ordered one of these for our new home and when I got the first one it looked like someone halfway assembled it in a production line or were in a hurry doing so. Pieces were bent exposing the insides to weather and elements from the outside and the battery died out within a few days. Yes, they swapped it out and gave me a new one that looked better and they were prompt in doing so. But, the 2nd one I have has already broken on the spike and the part that the spike go into on the unit have cracked on both pegs just by inserting into the ground. No I didn't push hard. In fact, I knew it was cheap so I took extra care and they still cracked. I taped them and they just get worse. Don't waste $30 like I did on this. Get you one of those green small house numbers reflective kind. Also, the batteries they send must be old because the 2nd battery went back quick too in less than a week so I had to buy my own rechargeable batteries in order for it to stay illuminated at night and spend almost a much on those as I did this entire unit.

There was a white film on the frosted plexiglass that didn’t span the full width of the item. I assumed it was just for packaging purposes and peeled it off. Don’t do that. I think it was there to more evenly distribute the light behind the numbers (making the plexiglass more translucent than transparent). It would be better if the posts were more than plastic tubes...maybe longer and stronger with poky ends to pierce the ground more easily. All in all this does the trick considering there aren’t a lot of other options. And the price point worked for me.
