Q: What is the diameter measurement?

If you look at the third picture it has the thickness and diameter

Q: are they sticky enough so that you don't slip?

I use them for my daily practice, on top of a regular yoga mat, and have never slipped. I've had them for over two years now.

Q: The 6.7" diameter seems small for my knees, are there other sizes available?

I'm not sure about other sizes, but these should be big enough to cover your knees.

Q: Will these help with wrist pain while doing planks and/or downward dog?

It depends on the reason for the pain. These provide a cushion which helps my knees or really any bony part of the body bearing weight. Since it acts as just a cushion, I am not sure they would help with your wrist...but they might.
