I generally like the liquid one than power one. Much easy to use and stick to my hands

I gave these as a gift to my nephew on his birthday. He was VERY VERY please with them. I don't use them so I can only rate by his reaction. He is a rock climber. It was a good purchase and a good product.

I’m a personal trainer, and I’ve been lifting for 7 years. I hit a pull up and deadlift plateau recently. I hate using straps, so I thought I’d give this a try. LITERALLY CHANGED MY LIFTING GAME. I can’t believe I didn’t know about this sooner. If lifting was a video game, I would feel like I went up 5 levels lol!! I’ve significantly increased the amount of pull-ups I can do, and my deadlift has increased by 30 pounds. Now, it’s my hamstrings and lower back that are failing instead of my GRIP! This liquid chalk dries up quick and it is just as efficient as the old fashion one but even better because i don't make much of a mess.

Its chalk I mean there all the same

I use liquid chalk six days out of the week, and this one is not great. It was hard to get it out of the container and just did not feel as good as the brand I usually use. I was trying to save money and got what I paid for.

I used this for competition shooting and it is an awesome product. Don't be afraid to reapply.
