This is a really good product for the money. I couldn't build a bed myself for the same money. It would be a lot more. And is excellent quality and sturdy. Add to that the simplistic design to be able to put it together so easily, and I'll buy from them again. My only frustration wasn't with the company, but rather their third party company that picks up returns. I bought the bed for my teen for Christmas. It arrived damaged. (Again, that's the shipping company. It happens.) So, the company sent a new one, and scheduled a 3rd party to pick up the damaged item. They didn't give me a choice of day or time, they simply sent an email saying a specific day (Fri) and a window of 6 hours. So, I took that day off. Unfortunately, I got a call the day before (Thurs) the pick up was to be made by the 3rd party and the guy pressured me to do it that day. (Thurs) I kept telling him I wasn't home and I wouldn't be until 4pm. He just kept saying he'd be at my house in an hour. I finally had to be VERY firm and say no. He relented and said no one was available Friday (Even though that was my actual pick up date.) And said he'd contact me Friday to set up for another day the following week. Well, it's now Monday 10am, and I haven't heard from him since Thursday. I'll have to go through Amazon to handle that, I suppose. But the replacement bed came already and we set it up in under an hour. So, in the long run, it worked out. The bed is really nice, and my daughter loves it. And even with the 3rd party pick up nonsense, I still feel the price was more than fair and totally worth it.

First off, if you’re expecting the most durable frame/headboard that will last forever then this isn’t the one for you. Having said that, I was surprised by the quality. It was actually stronger than I thought it was going to be for the price. Took two of us a couple of hours to put together, but we found the instructions to be fairly clear. I read some write that the headboard was stained or got stained while putting together. Luckily, ours came clean and we made sure to keep the plastic on it as long as possible throughout the process to keep it protected from any grease on metal pieces. So far, no complaints at all.

Very easy to put together I think i put it together in an hour. The headboard is velvet and my bed shown is a queen my only complaint is that the bed sits very low (i don’t have a box spring right now and if i were to have a box spring the mattress would go over the headboard by a lot i’m assuming)

It does the job but it will squeak no matter how tight the screws are.

Really low without box spring. But I added one and it looks great.
