This is just what I needed. It is very stable even when going up the steps. It is not too heavy for me to lift and move around. It is a great small ladder.

I have neuropathy and have bad balance. Walking is bad enough, but climbing a step ladder is terrifying. I just received my three step ladder, with side rails and I LOVE IT! It came completely assembled and all I had to do was unfold it and try it out. This thing is very sturdy and not at all intimidating for this shaky old lady. Now, I’m off to install a new shower head.

My spouse and I both are unsteady on steps so this ladder with handrails was great! It is light enough to move around. Highly recommend!

The ladder is as described and feels sturdy. Package arrived 4 days late. On the day it was supposed to arrive, UPS still only had that a label was created. When I canceled my order. Only then was the item shipped.Second, you have to attach the handle. The image above shows that one of the handles is too long, and the holes won't line up for me to screw it in. The other side is fine, but without 2 screws, the handle is wobbly.In the end, the collapsible side handles is with the inconvenience and wobbly top handle.

The product is a little heavy, but it does the job well. Easy to climb and easy to reach high places with it. Seems solid.

We use this in our shop multiple times a day and it has held up really well. Good quality product

I bought this ladder for my wife, she was needing a ladder with handles. This one is very sturdy and we are happy with this purchase.

This ladder is amazing. I am afraid of heights, but the deeper step surface and hand rails make using it as easy as climbing stairs. I just wish I had found this years ago!
