I really like this cold pack ( haven't used it hot).It gets cold and stays cold for a long time. It's very thin, which makes it more comfortable, light weight and it's soft. That's the best part - even when the frozen it's soft, unlike others I've tried. I use it behind my lumbar area when I'm sitting,and also for my neck. It's great for migraine relief, since it's so soft and light. Best ice pack I've tried!

Works great if you have a giant neck. It does get quite cold and stays cold for a decent amount of time. I don't like that it also freezes the sides and front of my throat though. Quite uncomfortable feeling. Wish it got cold only in the back area.

Ok should be a little longer I hate how it meets closes right at my throat so I’m always using it but not latching it

I ordered this for my wife who suffers from neck pain from time to time. She likes the softness of the jell pack and it provides long relief. I have used it on my knee as well and it really helps the aches.

Does not fit comfortably and the heat is unevenly distributed. Was burning hot at the ends and cold everywhere else.Package was ripped when delivered both times

More comfortable than most neck ice packs, but not as cold and more important, the velcro hold is worthless.

Loved that it’s soft and comfortable ~ doesn’t get rigid. Stayed cool for quite a while. Definitely helped with my neck pain and head pain.
