Informative and pretty!
I love this by our breakfast nook! It always remind my 4-yr old what’s healthy or not. While he was drinking his milk one time, he was looking at this and blurted out “I’m strengthening my bones!” It’s a nice print with glossy finish. Not too loud. Very informative. Great reference for healthy eating choices
The charts are on waterproof colorful and easy to read poster board. Each chart is great to quickly learn the benefits of foods for specific health enhancement. I have the charts on side of Fridge for reference and suggestions for food to add variety to my typical diet. I am a senior but would think these charts woule be great to easily help children and teenagers to learn the benefits of fruits vegetables to add to their daily diet.

I 4 poster sono arrivati assolutamente puntuali. Purtroppo le scritte in inglese sono piene di errori grossolani e refusi. Veramente troppi per ogni poster, peccato perchè la grafica è abbastanza carina.
