Have been using this for over a year. I think it is excellent quality without a bunch of additives and it is also a capsule and not a tablet which is another plus for me as bioflavanoid tablets are rather large and hard to swallow.

If you want to prevent osteoporosis, take this. These bioflavonoids will rebuild bone so you won't need to take prescription medications. It's a much safer and works just as well. The capsules are easy to take apart and swallow the powder inside if you don't like swallowing capsules. There is no taste so no problem swallowing. A few years ago I broke my arm and my doctor asked if I had ever taken medicine for osteoporosis. I said no. He replied -- good because if you had, your arm would not heal. So glad my doctor recommended these to me and I will take them forever.

I started taking this because I read it would help with tinnitus. I was skeptical, but there's no treatment or cure for tinnitus, so it was worth a try. After about half a bottle, I noticed the pounding in my ear seemed softer. I've nearly finished the first bottle now, and I realize I haven't heard anything for a while. I'm not sure when the noise stopped, but it did. I don't know if the quiet will continue, but I'm optimistic. I will definitely keep taking it.

I'm interested in Citrus Bioflavonoids because of their high bioavailability and low toxicity to normal/healthy cells (the evidence of a wide range of health and anti-aging benefits is accumulating), but I need a product without gelatin, and without silica and/or titania. This is the product.

BlueBonnet Citrus Bioflavonoid was recommended by a very good friend. It is one of a few supplements I take dailyto boost my immune system. I am pleased with the product, the order fulfilment process and highly recommend them as a daily supplement.

Other ingredient 300 mg Hesperidin. I thought I'd studied product and felt it safe, but didn't realize this heavy dose of item widely recognized as causing headache, nausea, vomiting, I'm suffering from various health problems and must assiduously avoid anything with these side effects. The Now brand citrus bioflavonoid started adding a chemical I can't tolerate// so I had to quit that brand. Now Amazon says they won't take this bluebonnet back!! I'm going to call as the website needs to give a warning about possible side effects and the fact that it can't be returned. Long term amazon customers are not thinking that they'll be stuck with order they can't use. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!
