The BT2-Z Is a great smartwatch to help senior parents and their kids keep in contact in case of parent falling, needing to be located or needing medical attention. The watch is designed to help monitor when loved ones or caretakers aren't around. My husband and I tried a different product first which wasn't helpful but this one is easy to use and offers many more functions. It came in just a couple days after I ordered it and when I had a question in regards to setting up the watch the customer service got right back to me with the solution. I'm still learning the multiple uses and I'm very satisfied with the product.

The app worked for a couple of days then stopped. Not apparently it has a bug and I'm unable to monitor fall for my son.

I like that it records my steps so far that is all I can say...I don't like that it does not stay on the face that I choose and I need to change it back regularly.

I bought this to test for my elderly mother. It’s a great idea but too technical for the older seniors. I think it’s designed for the 60-80 group and who are living on their own. The ECT needs to be tweaked where they get a PHONE call, not a TEXT to log into the app. Sorry but it’s not worth it.

This is a premium version of a smartwatch. It connects to the phone swiftly and seamlessly, making it very user-friendly. It can detect sleep patterns, track physical activity, monitor blood oxygen levels, provide weather updates, and even make emergency calls, ensuring the safety of elderly users. What's more, it can last for a week on a single charge, which is truly impressive! It's definitely worth the investment!

To date, this watch has many good functional aspects: Fall detection with Emergency calling; Reminder for medication and other activities, etc. One can add two contacts to the Emergency Care Team (ECT) in addition to 911 without having the pricey upgrade of $19.80/mo that includes 24-hour ECT with video calls, add unlimited number to ECT, and historical baseline health results to alert when health result become irregular. It seems to hold a charge over 48 hours.

Product did not come with an owners manual. I scanned the qr code and got what appeared to be a manual in CHINESE. Moments after I down loaded it my phone stopped working at all Andra naked girl appeared on phone. I could not shut off to restart my phone, make a call of txt. My phone was simply frozen. I went to the v store where I purchased it and after 20 or 30 minutes they seem to have fixed it. Very disappointed and ended up buying a Fitbit at a local retailer. Definitely got screwed.

After your day 30 they do not respond to your messages , and during the first month they continually ask you to sign up for there service at $20-30 per month!! I was looking for something that would not cost ne a bundle to notify my Emergency contacts or 911 of I do not respond. So I am very disappointed in these watch!!!! Being on a fixed in come I will have to wait a while to replace this one with another brand
