First off I ordered this in brown which is a very rich gray-brown, not chocolate brown. Second I ordered this for my husband who is over 6 foot and it is too short for him, so it became mine! I'm 5'7 and its perfect! It's well made. Swivels and reclines. The heat is a nice warm heat not hot. The vibration massage is awesome for someone with FM. I cannot tolerate any kind of Shiatsu massage, it's too painful so this is perfect! This chair is beautiful, reclines all the way back without tipping. It's well made, padding is very nice very comfortable. So, my husband lost out, but I now have a wonderful massage recliner!

So, I bought this chair after searching FOREVER for a cheaper price that still had good features. Even though this had no reviews, I decided to go ahead and give it a try because I was exhausted in my search and kept going back and forth between this one and another that was $100 more expensive. My husband's recliner is too deep and I have a few health issues that cause my extremities to swell and when I sit in his chair, my legs hit the wrong way and cause my knees, calves, and feet to swell up. Also, it is very hard for me to get out of. So, I wanted a chair that would make it easier for me, was comfy, and had a heat option because I am cold a lot. THIS CHAIR IS PERFECT!!!!! I got it in today, never looked at the instructions, and put it together quickly. I was sitting in my new chair within 20 minutes after opening the boxes!!!! It is very soft and cushiony, the heat feature is great, and the massage is a huge bonus. You can choose between 15, 30, and 60 minutes of run time. There is a pocket on the right hand side for your remote to sit in (and anything else u want to put in there), It lays back almost flat and the best part is it DOES NOT pop back up like most recliners do when laying back (meaning you don't have to hold the back down after reclining, with your body weight), and IT SWIVELS all the way around! I also like how the rocking is more like a glider rocker. This chair is completely solid and for size reference, I am 220lbs and 5ft 6in and this chair is perfect for my size. My son is 180lbs and 6ft 1in and he lays in it comfortably as well. My little dog LOVES the heat option and jumps in it as soon as you get out of it, even if it's just for a split second lol. If you have been questioning your purchase of this chair, DON'T HESITATE.......BUY IT!!!!! Also, it comes in 3 boxes, 2 of which are really heavy. The seat comes in one box and is the heaviest, the arms come in a box together, and then the back. It did not take long at all to arrive at my home, either. I believe I ordered it on Saturday Feb10th and it arrived today Feb 14th! Best Valentines day gift EVER!!!!

When we first opened it, it was easy to assemble and I was going to give it a five star review. It is a beautiful chair, and the massage does work. Yes, it’s on the small side, but that’s not an issue for us. The problem is, the chair is off balance and topples over if you try to lean back. We have fallen backwards in the chair three times since we received it. My husband and I seniors and have purchased furniture for over 40 years and never have this problem. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but if I had known it was going happen multiple times I would have requested a return within the first 30 days. We do not feel safe chair.Secondly, most La-Z-Boy chairs have a lever on the side of the to recline. This one has a little tiny plastic pull tucked inside the seat cushion. It’s very impractical, not sturdy or of good quality. I am doubtful it will work much longer.Lastly, I observed a hole on the fabric, near the pocket which l fear will worsen with use. The recliner was an expensive so we will just keep it and do, but in the future, I will purchase large pieces of furniture from a legitimate from a store locally so it can be inspected, not Amazon.

I really like this chair, in fact even my husband likes it so much he just ordered himself a matching one. Let's start with shipping, it was extremely fast and arrived 9 days earlier than expected. The package was in good shape and all parts were there. It comes in 3 boxes, and I didn't find the instructions until the last piece, but it was easy enough to figure out, so they weren't really needed. The only thing we struggled with at all was aligning the side arms, it was little tricky and took several attempts (well more than several and a little frustration), but eventually we got it. We may have put it together in the wrong order since we were winging it and that could have been part of the issue. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, but not really thick and I would suggest keeping any pets off of it. It sits very comfortable even though my short legs don't reach the floor I can still find a comfortable position either reclined or upright. The massage is mediocre at best, its nothing like a real massage chair if that's what you are expecting but it provides a little light massage but is very loud, everybody who came in the living room kept asking what that noise was and one complained they couldn't hear the TV over it. I haven't tried the heat simply because it's been warm in my house the last few days. My only real complaint is the color, while it clearly looks grey in the picture both in the ad and the picture I've attached, it looks blue in real life which kind of clashes with my teal accents, but since we are repainting, we can make it work even if it means replacing some curtains and other items. The durability is questionable, I traded a 20-year-old lazy boy that had seen its better days for this chair and while it is comfortable at the moment I don't expect it to last nearly as long as the lazy boy, if I get a good 6-8 years out of it, I'll be happy. So, all in all its a nice chair for the price point, but don't expect a top-quality chair for the price and if brining some blue undertones into your color scheme would be a deal breaker, don't go for the grey color.

The chair is in one word wonderful. The color is rich, the material soft. The construction so far appears sturdy. The swivel and rocking function is quiet and smooth. Better then a high priced recliner I have purchased in the past. Highly recommend.
