Each Motiv Ring will come with a full year warranty from the date you receive the ring. You can also return the Motiv Ring for a refund up to 45 days after you receive it. If you feel the ring does not feel or fit correctly, you can exchange it at any point during the 45-day satisfaction guarantee. If you lose weight after the 45 day period and it no longer fits on any of your fingers, please contact us here at support and we'll help get you taken care of. Motiv Rings purchased outside of Motiv direct are subject to the return policy of the selling party.
