My hair has been feeling and looking fuller since I started using this product. I also have been having less shedding. I find this product works better than biotin shampoos. Pricey but worth the money!

Make sure you read the warning on the box before use
I used this set of ginseng shampoo and treatment this morning. I like the smell of it and my hair looks shiny and feels soft. However, I hadn't thrown out the box yet and happened to see the warning on the side when I picked it up and I found it to be a little unsettling. The last sentence states that failure to rinse thoroughly can lead to hair loss or discoloration. Obviously nothing bad came of using it but I'm not sure if I feel comfortable continuing to use it after reading that. I rinse my shampoo and conditioner out completely but I'd always be worried that I didn't quite get it all. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I can't imagine why there would be any type of chemical or additive purposely put into a hair care product that is known to potentially cause hair loss.
