Pleasant taste and overall positive supplement
Golden seal is one of those overall helpful supplements. I attempt to find supplements that have an overall positive impact on my body and fewer negative impacts or interactions with other meds. This source seems to fit the criteria and it has a pleasant, mild taste. I do try to avoid products that do not have research around them but both the natural healing community and nutritional sources indicate this as one of the positive supplements.

As usual I read the reviews and was swayed into buying this brand of golden seal, I needed something to help get rid of a cold that was coming on and I always knew that golden seal is one of the best immune boosters out there; however, I'm highly sensitive to SWEET stuff, I don't care what was used to sweeten the product, glycerin, stevia, etc, if it has a sweet taste to it I'm not a fan, it would not work for me, I love my stuff RAW and as bitter as it comes, you try to cover up the natural taste with something and it degrades the value of the product no matter what they say......The problem is these things are not returnable, when I see NO SUGAR! NO ALCOHOL! That's exactly what I intend to get for my money......

Not sure what this is…?
I am allergic to almost all antibiotics, so goldenseal is my “go to” when most people would use antibiotics. I have used goldenseal for 30 years and I have never used one that had no smell or taste. I just had dental surgery and ordered this to keep away infection. It has no taste and little color- definitely not like any goldenseal I have ever used. I don’t want to take chances with this being watered down or something else, so I am throwing it away. I would definitely NOT recommend this product.
