Out of the brain fog
I use to support memory, focus, and overall brain health, mood and gut health. I've been using this brand for a few months now and I do notice positive effects. I take two capsules every morning with my breakfast for best effectiveness. Duration, I notice it is best for me if I take within 24-26 hours of last consumption. If the strength of taking 2 capsules a day is to much cut back to 1 capsule for a bit. I do not notice any negative taste or negative after taste or burping. This is definitely effective on stabilizing my focus and mood. In the fist couple weeks I noticed positive changes to my mood. After the duration of 10 to weeks using the full 1200 MG strength notice much improved cognitive health. I'm on prescription medications and I checked with my doctors and pharmacy before starting to insure no complications. Glad they gave me the go a head to use this product.

Great product for focus and memory! I will take it as long as they make it. It takes a while to see a difference, as with any supplement, so give it time. I have had no gastrointestinal issues or any other side effects from this product. I would give it more than 10 stars if I could!

My husband jas been taking this Lions Mane supplement and has noticed a difference in his energy levels. He has also noticed a small difference in pain relief. The capsules smell like fresh cut alfalfa, not mushrooms. It has no taste and he has not had any digestive issues. So far, it has been very effective and in a short time. We will order this again.
