I use this as a point of interest in a Dwarven Forge dungeon, used for dungeons and dragons. The scale of the models is 28 mm and it worked absolutely perfectly. The small pool can be used to fill with water, slime, or anything else, and the different elevations actually work well for miniature scale combat. I have found that the cheap aquarium supplies often make better terrain for the scale than the formal and expensive stuff.Note: this is hollow inside and has SHARP edges on the bottom lip. This will need pads to keep from cutting some surfaces and be careful when gripping it.

This turtle island has a small pool area and a walkway and tunnel but only babies or small turtles could make use of it. I included an action figure picture for scale. I also noticed initial flaking of the faux rock texture, but after the initial flaking it stayed textured ok.If you need for a small turtle, go for it and prepare to grow as needed.

Luckily they got smart and included that in the title. Unfortunately, it was too late for me. This product is too small for my purposes but my kids may utilize it for frogs and toads instead.It arrived in an odd Love box which didn't see to fit, was it a reused box ?

We are using this for a diorama/zen garden (not a terrarium) so we filled the basin with small plastic beads to make it look like water. This is a decorative piece made of heavy resin, almost feels like rock. Looks great and works well for our purpose. Can’t beat the price.

Perfect if your turtle is quarter sized! Great price and quality. Not for average sized turtles. Not going to return, it I'll just use it for decoration.
