I loved this book. It is well written and an excellent read. Kylie is a world class hacker and as a teenager she was the only one to ever hack into SeCures International database. The CEO of said company is Jackson King who is a werewolf shifter and keeps himself to himself, not wanting anyone to get too close to him. Kylie gets head hunted for a vacancy and gets the job. On the day of her interview she is in the lift with Jackson and the lights go out and the lift stops, she starts to hyperventilate and Jackson can't believe this is happening with this human. She tells him she's claustrophic and he helps her try to forget and keeps her mind occupied. His wolf keeps calling her his mate and Jackson knows this can't be true because she is human. Soon she is blackmailed into putting some malware into the system, the people who are blackmailing her send her a package with everything that has happened in her life and know that she is Catgirl. She goes to Jackson and confesses that she's Catgirl and then shows him all the paperwork that was sent to her. From there everything goes haywire over and over. Her grandmother is kidnapped and murdered, she keeps getting caught up in everything and so on and so on. This is an excellent read, there's instalove, intrigue, angst, sexy scenes and an HEA. I highly recommend this book.

Fun and exciting
I really liked it, I found it a fun book that was really, really easy to read and get into. It ticked a lot of boxes for me as a paranormal romance. I’d recommend it if you want an exciting, well-paced fated mates werewolf / shifter romance with a billionaire hero and a hacking expert heroine and a Dom/sub dynamic.

Brilliant!!
I absolutely enjoyed every bit of this story. I loved Kylie’s sassy nature and witty comebacks, she was both super strong and so vulnerable at the same time. Kylie has had such an amazing childhood but in the end a tragic one by loosing both her parents. Jackson…mmm…..he was just a yummy alpha wolf shifter, giving off very masculine vibes. He is a CEO of cyber security and very closed off having had a hard life himself when he was younger, but Kylie brings out the protective side in him and boy does he want to mate and claim her. But he can’t as she’s human….or is she??? Between his battle with not giving into those urges, the blackmailer hacker, kidnapping and everything in between this book keeps you invested throughout.Insta Love = Med/FastOW Drama = NoAlpha Men = Absolutely yesHeat = 9/10Angst = LowMM = NoPOV = MPVTheme = Shifter FantasyRH/ Poly = None

Nice and different take
I really enjoy trying new authors and I loved the take that Renee took on the characters job role within the shapeshifter world. It really enabled the whole story to progress throughout the book nicely. I would have liked more depth into the beginning of the book and more push/pull between the main characters before the main conflict started. Overall I really enjoyed it and thought it was a nice light shifter read.

Mine!! Down wolf...
Was surprised how much I enjoyed this book, my first by these authors (both and individually) it has a bit of everything, good dialogue, storyline, characters, sex, really everything you need. Liked the narrator (my first time hearing him) though he has a great voice I think would have prefared either a female narrator for Kylie or for him to give Kylie a more feminine voice, sometimes all the characters sounded the same. All in all though enjoyed it and would continue with rest of the series.

Great read
Phew!! This is one hot & saucy book. The story pulled me in exactly the way I like it, making me feel as if I am in the same room as the characters.Good flow to the plot and story, decent amount of suspense with a few twists along the way.Excellent editing, very few minor errors throughout the book. I dont care how good a book is, if the editing is poor I just cannot read it. It is a huge no no for me as it spoils the momentum of reading.About to start the 2nd book in the series now.
