Noticed immediately a great difference in the cutting ability of these bits. Incredible cutting!

I used these bits to drill through a 1/4” steel plate. Last time I did this task I used some drill bits I had purchased at Lowes. I broke 2 bits and stripped the 3rd one. I used these bits and it drilled a hole through the plate as if I was drilling through a small piece of soft wood. These bits are great, I couldn’t believe how easy it was to put 4 holes in this piece of steel. I highly recommend these drill bits.

They do not work well on hard metal. I bought these back in January and just put them away for later use. Well when I when to drill a 1/8" Metal plate I had to press hard to drill a 1/8" hole and work my way to a quarter inch. I bought this set because I wanted them handy when I needed a really strong bit to drill through metal. This is not the bits you want. Buy a major brand you will me much happier.

Cut well and are less brittle than the M42's.

Bits are fine - case when open does not separate the rows of bits making it very difficult to identify the sizes.

So far these bits are amazing. I’ve only drilled mild steel and some stainless either them but they’re still just as sharp as when I bought them

Other day my husband was working on fixing leaking washer and he had drill some metal bars. He was complains that existing drill is no good so I got his this set he like it. He was surprise I picked a good one. I picked this set is because it has very good top level reviews and price seem reasonable. You see women know tools too...

Ad said cuts hard metal, piece of 3/16" angle iron could not be driller with the largest bit. Also no 1/2" bit, 2 smaller ones.
