Could be a little more absorbent.
Much better than pads taped to knickers, but due to low absorbency I sometimes need to add a pad too. I wish the blokes would make their own pants - these cater for blokes more than women. There is very little backside for generously built ladies, but a vast bulk out front for supersized tackle.

Cheaper from Amazon than Tena Direct
We had these Tena Plus XL pants on a monthly subscription. The last two months, Tena Direct have been unable to supply them. Now discovered that they are much cheaper buying from Amazon. Tena Direct price was £57.88 I placed an order on Amazon with free next day delivery and the cost was £38.88 (although the price has just increased to £40.26 - still well short of the Tena price), a saving of £19!! Subscription cancelled, as I know where I will be obtaining future supplies and it won't be Tena Direct. No problem with the pants as they are perfect fit and ideal for her incontinence, so 5 stars for the pants.

Safety
Been using Tena for many year. I qualify for NHS pads but use the Tena in the nights.
