Perfect gluten free bread mix
This is by far one of the best gluten free bread mix I've ever had, I'm so glad my daughter can eat bread and pizza without the pain ..the texture and taste is perfect

Overall good taste and good slicing bread!
Excellent mix! I used flaxseed eggs, coconut oil and oatmilk. Texture and crumb Excellent, slices well and doesn't fall apart! Pairs well with Guava Jelly, because I used coconut oil, unique pairing! I'll buy it again!

One of the Better Gluten-Free Mixes
This is a really good gluten-free mix! I’ve tried several gluten-free options, and King Arthur is one of the better ones when it comes to taste and texture. It’s easy to prepare and works well for both bread and pizza. It’s nice to have something gluten-free that the whole family can enjoy without it tasting like a substitute. I would definitely buy it again!

Not wheat free!!! Tastes great but I got super sick because we didn’t think to check for wheat starch.

Favorite Crust
This is my favorite gluten free pizza mix. It's a little bit lengthy to prepare but it has a nice texture & flavor.

Good products
This product is the closest I have been able to find to baking a gluten free loaf that is almost like bread , regular bread. It's pretty easy, the yeast packet comes with it, and I bought some silicone sandwhich molds and the buns came out pretty good. King Arthur is a good product if you have to have gluten free and they are not overly expensive. Thank you

Great to have ‘normal’ tasting gluten free products.
Thankful to find this product on Amazon. King Arther products are a favorite for gluten free baking and are high quality and great taste that family members can’t tell the difference and in most cases prefer the baked products with King Arthur items.

Can use in Bread Machine AFTER following box directions.
I use a bread machine for this, and it works fine. I follow the box directions up to the point where it says to let it rest for half an hour- I just put it in the bread machine at that point and it is good to go.
