That is the right hand only tire, you’ll have to purchase a right and a left hand tire separately.

Why different seller sell based on side left and right !? Does this item fits both sides !?

No, they do not work on both sides. The tires are directional. Meant to scoop sand like a shovel.

Would this fit a 2014 Honda Trx 400x?

As long as your wheels are 9 inch, yes they fit. The small side of the"V" pattern, with the extra, small paddle between them, is the inside edge of the tire.
