Howard BBB0128 Cutting Board Oil (3.78lt) for use on Butcher Blocks, Bread Boards, Chopping Boards and Wooden Kitchen Tools

Very good product. A little goes a long way. Treats wooden kitchen boards with plenty of TLC and brings them up like new. So easy to use. I usually prop up my treated boards so the oil can freely soak in overnight.

Love this oil. I use it on my oak worktop/ kitchen sink drainer, my solid wood vanity unit in down stairs cloak room, should oak plinths, kick boards under kitchen units and not forgetting the chopping board. Great stuff. Not messy either.

Great for maintaining our wooden utensils and cutting boards.

Seems okay, I don't have other oil to compare it too but it seems to have oiled my wooden chopping board. Star lost as it's American and imported, there's plenty made here I could have ordered it I knew rather than sending liquids from the us to UK.

Used it last night -- went on my butcher block, cutting boards and wooden spoons very easily, and there is indeed no smell or taste to it. The company included several cloths to use with it, which was terrific. I used one to apply the oil, another to wipe off the excess this morning, then put each in their own plastic bag for the next time. Everything looks so conditioned, and water beads up instead of soaking in. It's just what I was looking for.

Used after refurnishing my thick wood cutting board. I didn't want any kind of stain that would affect the original colour. I did leave each coat 24 hours to be absorbed and dry before applying the next one. I would also Sugest applying a minimum of three coats if you sand the chopping board first. The finished board looked as good as the day I purchased it several years ago. I would buy the product again.

Extremely fast delivery. After neglecting my bamboo chopping board & utensils for just over 18 months this product was just what they needed. Easy to use, however did find that after wiping off the excess it still felt oiling so left them airing over night & everything had been absorbed into the wood even after washing up multiple times the treatment has remained in the wood.

I would recommend this oil for all wooden food surfaces.

Useful, use in cuting board.

I'm new to having nice wooden boards and my board was looking sooooooo dry since day 1, I thought I just bought a bad board. I recently learned that you're supposed to oil them & was recommended this product. It worked great! I did a round with generous amount of mineral oil and let it sit overnight, then put on this company's conditioner. My husband came in and said "wow, that looks like a completely different board!" It was very easy to apply, no odor, great price and essential for nice wooden cutting boards.

I'm sure there is cheaper food grade mineral oil, but I have used the Howard's for a number of cutting boards and blocks. Works well for me and I trust it.

Was looking for an oil that doesn't smell - unfortunately this isnt one. I'll keep looking.
