Absolute best for your money!!!
I ordered vanilla beans from two different companies on the same day. Same kind and same grade. This brand and these beans were the absolute BEST! So much caviar in them that I was able to double my order of Vanilla sugar. They are nice and plump, and moist, I ordered 8 more ounces of these beans that will be here tomorrow. So far I've got 1 gallon of vanilla extract aging. Also 20 cups of vanilla sugar aging for a few weeks. I will continue ordering these beans. I'm honestly impressed, and that's hard to do. Plus, the price can't be beat for vanilla beans this nice. Just get them, you will not regret it.

How long has it been stocked in the warehouse?
Absolutely the best vanilla extract we've ever had . My mother would have loved it for her Kahlua. Moisture level was better than expected for an Amazon purchase of this item.Only thing I would suggest is that they either use it as groceries or that they put a date of production on it so it would be able to absolutely track freshness and how long it's been in Amazon warehouse

Really great beans
I've been buying from this seller for a long time. I use these with 100 proof vodka to make vanilla extract. I know they say to use b grade for that, and sometimes I do, but the a grade is sometimes not much more expensive or is all they have. I expect to keep buying from them, because they're always of excellent quality.

No vacuum in package when delivered
Update: Issue was resolved by seller; a replacement was sentI have bought smaller packages before and not had any issues and the vanilla was too quality, but this time there was no vacuum in the package when it arrived. For $80 a bag, I want to know my product is sealed and fresh as can be. There is no way to tell how long these have been without a seal or if they ever were sealed. I would like to return them and get a fresh sealed bag, but there isn't a return option available for this order.
